Beautiful Beachfront condo with Gulf View FALL SPECIAL 20% OFF ANY RES TIL 10/31

Great location and we enjoyed the Island Winds amenities and location but the unit was definitely more dated. An issue with an outlet was addressed during our stay But even things like the quilt on the king bed was not clean

Island Winds is a beautiful property. The Property Manager and Maintenance Team were busy every single day to keep this property immaculate. The beach is also very well maintained. There is a beach service available for chairs and umbrellas. They also rake the beach every morning. Publix is 1.7 miles up the street. Behind Publix is a marina with 2 restaurants. There is a nearby coffee shop and CVS with half mile as wells as an Italian restaurant and a great farmers market. This condo is on the 11th floor with 3 balconies and great views of the beach. The pool is so nice and heated. You can literally just walk right in the water without any shock factor. So enjoyable! And the hot tub is HOT! This is a quiet complex and quiet area of FMB. We did not go into the heart and traffic of FMB, we would go towards Bonita Springs to eat and shop.

Host was easy to communicate with- property was clean- wonderful experience!

10/10 Perfect location and cozy condo! We (2 adults, 2 kids 13 & 10) stay at different locations every summer and this by far was one of our absolute favorites! The condo is HUGE, very cozy with 2 balconies and a big window with beautiful views! Being directly on the beach made it so convenient to go back & forth from the beach, to the pool and to the condo, repeat! The beach is giagantic and the pool is a nice size as well, with no overcrowding whatsoever! Very close to Publix and restaurants as well as a Trolley service that runs all day if you don't feel like driving. The check-in process was extremely smooth, they send you the codes for gates and doors and everything worked perfectly from the very beginning. We miss it already and will be back for sure!

The property was very clean and the condo had everything we needed! We stayed with an infant, and we could not have asked for a more family friendly area. We enjoyed it very much.

This property is well maintained and right on the wide beautiful beach! However, I recommend that the pillows and beach chairs be replaced. Pillows are flat, kinda gross and there are 8 beach chairs in the closet and all but 2 are broken. Overall, it is a nice condo in a great area that was not crowded. We saw dolphins in the water almost every day too!

Our family is struggling from the loss of a family member, and our getaway was to spend quality time. The condo was excellent for our needs and we very much enjoyed it. Thank you so much.

Excellent beach at your doorstep .

Had a great week, loved that the unit provided chairs, beach towels, etc. Beach is long, but gorgeous. Would return in a heartbeat!
