Beautiful Beachfront condo overlooking the white sandy beach Edgewater Tower III

This condo was very comfortable and provided what we needed for our stay.

We have stayed at Edgewater 3 different times and this was by far the cleanest and most updated condo we have stayed in. We will be to this one for sure!! The owner was super responsive when we had a small issue, we never missed a beat! I would like to say to the White's thank you for a beautiful place for our anniversary week!

Everything was perfect, gorgeous view, very clean! Loved watching the dolphins with my morning coffee every day . I have never had such an easy check in! No trouble finding a place to park. We have already recommended to friends. We will definitely be back!

We absolutely loved everything about the condo and the resort! It was very clean and spacious, and had everything we needed for our stay. We also had a perfect view of the beach! Amy was so helpful upon arrival when our GPS got us all turned around and talked us right to the security gate. It was also really nice to be somewhere with 24-hr security. We can’t wait to stay again!

Check in was seamless, kitchen was well equipped. Very nice condo on 1st floor.

The bed is super stiff and not comfortable. The room does have 2 chairs and an umbrella but zero beach towels. Edgewater also doesn’t have pool towels. This was our first stay in multiple places for Destin and Panama that do not have at least pool towels. We fly because our drive is 15 hours, so what we can bring is limited. Room was clean, wasn’t super impressed with the pools/hot tubs. The pool management are super intense with rules about drinks & all activity near & in the pool. Amy was very reliable with responses day one when we had questions. The gate to/from the ocean on latched one day where the code was needed, and we were advised we needed the resort bracelet to be in the pool area but not one time were we questioned. Talked with multiple people that stated they use to enforce that a lot more. Security for the parking lot is great with making sure you are actually staying there. Again all in all the trip was okay just some disappointments along the way from other places/experiences.
