Beautiful Beachfront 4 Bed/4 Bath Condo. Spectacular Ocean Views!

Great location, balcony overlooking the gulf. Plenty of room for all 10 of our guests and baby. Great coffee spot across street. Downside is that elevators did not work the whole stay. Had to take the stairs to 16th floor more than once. Maintenance said it was due to high winds. Had someone take our parking spot one night as well, maintenance helped find the people to move their vehicle.

Condo was as wonderful as described. Check in was easy, as we had already received the code prior. Huge balcony with plenty of seating, including dining. Condo is tastefully decorated with a coastal / beach theme. We loved it. Great to have all 4 bedrooms have their own bathrooms. Great shower pressure. Very comfortable beds. Dressers and closets were roomy. Kitchen is well stocked - All you need to cook with, including containers for leftovers. Bring your own spices! Sunrise and sunsets were amazing. Elevators were quick. Usually no (or just a short) wait. Dining table held 8 which was important to us, we all wanted to eat meals together and play games as a family. It really was roomy even with all of us there at the same time. Beach towels in each room; chairs and umbrellas available also. Beach Wagon was very handy! Communication with host was excellent - Rena was very easy to work with. We didn’t use the pool as we prefer the beach, but it was well maintained and families seemed to enjoy it. Parking is tight. If you have 3 cars like we did, as much as possible keep one in the overflow directly across the street. 3rd car needs to go to pay parking (14 a day - much cheaper than parking in downtown Dallas!)so we just shared the cost, and toggled between the vehicles. The condo itself, huge balcony, beautiful views, gorgeous beach and a responsive, welcoming host more than made up for the tight parking spaces. We will DEFINITELY be back!

Loved all the space and the balcony was wonderful! We got there early and the host allowed us to check in early! She was super fast to respond with any questions!

Wonderful location. Excellent view- loved the large patio ! Pretty much had everything we needed for a nice relaxing vacation with our kids and grandkids!

We liked the condo and totally enjoyed our stay. The only reason for deducting a star was the parking situation. With a four bedroom condo, I’m would think it is rare to only come in one car, but that’s the allowed parking space. We didn’t even mind paying for the overflow spot in the public lot across the street, butIt would be nice to ALWAYS have a spot if you have paid for a week. It WAS the 4th of July, and understandably the beach is busy, but having to park blocks away at the post office is not okay with the money you pay for a condo AND for an additional parking space for the week. We definitely liked the condo and the beach. Be sure to check all of the rules if you plan on taking your own tent to the beach. We would stay here again. There were no problems with the condo-just the parking. The HUGE deck was super nice too!!

The family had a great time here n the facility was awesome! Rena was easy to contact n we had no issues! Thanks Rena for a great family get together!

Our unit, 1601, was fabulous. The beds were comfortable, the unitvwell appointed, and the view cant be beat. It is in a great location. It is walking distance to Walmart, Pineapple Willy's, and Ripley's. I highly recommend this unit. You will be happy here.

We loved the condo and its location. The only drawback to our week was the person smoking on a near balcony. We could not enjoy the beautiful outdoor space because of the odor.

Everything was great except the television service. No live CBS,NBC or ABC programs except for news
