Beautiful Beaches and Sunshine with Top Floor Ocean View

This is an amazing place to stay. It is very well equipped and ample and comfortable. The beach is a very short walk from this place. It is like being in your own house. The hosts are great. If anything is not how it should be, they fix it as soon as possible. The kitchen is equipped with whatever you may need and having our breakfast in the balcony with the amazing view was the best. I really recommend this place.

Great location! Easy access to the beach, dining and great walking area.

The condo was well stocked and clean. The view, lovely every morning. Our one issue was the confusing lighting and fans. We did get the code for the pool for the manager. We had a delightful time.

This was my first time on the Big Island, and I had such a wonderful stay! The view, the location, the condo itself...all were fabulous. The beach and shops were all within a 5-10 minute walk; a real bonus if you don't want to rent a car. I really appreciated the super comfy bed (not something you can always count on), A/C and fully stocked kitchen. The owners, Tracy and Carmine, were excellent communicators - friendly and super responsive. I'm already planning my return visit and will definitely book with them again!

The condo was lovely! The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and the unit was very clean. The views from the lanai were amazing!! The owners were really easy to talk to and very quick with responses to my questions.

We stay in Waikoloa every year and love the location. The weather is nice all year and located by beautiful beaches. This unit was well equipped and provided all the things needed for the beach as well as all the cooking tools for making some meals while enjoying our stay. The best feature this unit has is the views. We thoroughly enjoyed eating on the balcony and looking out over the beach and watching sunsets. The hosts were very easy to contact and they also provide you with an on island contact as well for emergencies. Overall a great stay!

We come to the Big Island every summer and this property is, hands down, the best we've had this far! The view is to die for. The location is perfect for quick walks to the beach, spying on the dolphins at the Hilton, indulging in amazing shave ice, or just relaxing between volcano hikes and stargazing.The property is well-furnished and was a perfect fit for us, including two kiddos. My only regret is that we couldn't stay longer!

We loved our stay at this beautifully decorated and well appointed property. The balconies and the views were fantastic! Waikoloa is a great location with good access to wonderful beaches.

This was our first visit to Hawaii and I’m really glad we chose this location to stay. The beaches in the area are fantastic. I saw sea turtles at every single beach. The condo was well located in proximity to the best beaches on the island and we enjoyed the convenience to the Queen & Kings shops. Tracy & Carmine had really great recommendations in their notes & all of the available beach/snorkel/cooler equipment was extremely convenient to have.

Loved the place! Only issue we had was we couldn’t find the parking spot at 10 pm, so parked in visitor spot until the morning. It’s quiet, decorated beautifully and very comfortable! Thank you, we enjoyed ourselves!

Spacious and well appointed, everything we needed for our stay. Great location in the center of Waikoloa Beach Resort. Easy access to shopping, restaurants and lovely beach. Only minutes to Kona airport, cultural sites, and even more beaches. Beginning and ending our day on the lanai was amazing. Pool and spa area was also relaxing.

Amazing condo, lanai and views! Exactly as advertised. Close to A-Bay beach and Hapuna Beach. Condo was well equipped to include beach gear. Beautifully furnished too. You can tell they take good care of their property.

This condo seemed very clean and recently remodeled, and had everything we needed plus a lot more. The views and sound of birds from the balcony was great. The pool and jacuzzi were beautiful, and we had them all to ourselves most of the time. This might sound silly, but I loved the countertop in the primary bathroom. As I am writing this, I wish I was still there!

We have been to the big island several times. Waikoloa is definitely our favorite area. The entire resort area itself is beautiful with several nearby sandy beaches and calm water. Our unit at the Vista Waikoloa was exactly what we wanted, up to date, roomy, a short walk to beautiful ABay and to the shopping centers and restaurants, a warm pool and 2 hot tubs, and very few people. I don't see how anyone could be disappointed. The hosts were very responsive, each time getting back to us within a few minutes. Definitely a 5 star place all around, down to the beds and linens!

Excellent stay from start to finish . Location is ideal and communication with the owners was first class . Hoping to come back to the condo next year!!
