Stayed May 31, 2026Beautiful condo. Biggest shower over seen in a rental. Host was great to work with. Employees of the condo assn were very helpful and friendly. Pool was huge and beautiful. Even with the ocean off-limits due to double red flags, the pool was busy but not overcrowded. The view of the ocean and pier from the balcony can’t be beat. We can’t wait to stay again.

Stayed May 23, 2026Seth was easy to work with. My family felt so at home here, that we hope to come stay here next year.The condo was clean with a beautiful view from the livingroom and master. We loved that the kitchen was welled stocked with cookwear and had everything we needed. The only thing I feel like that could use some improvement, would be the master bedroom mattress. Other than that, our family vacation was perfect even if it did rain most of the time we were there. Thank you Seth for sharing your beautiful place with me and my family. Hope to stay there again next year.

Stayed Feb 27, 2026The condo was clean, the kitchen well stocked and easy to use appliances. The towels were nice and absorbent. The bed was very comfortable, the showers had good water pressure and everything was easy to use and find. All of the televisions were working and easy to use.The views were AMAZING! The sunrise was spectacular!!! We have been many times and this has been our new favorite place to stay.We truly enjoyed our time there.

Stayed Nov 2, 2025We stayed 3 weeks in this condo and Seth was an excellent host. He was quick to respond with any questions we had. The condo was very clean, stocked with everything we needed and has a gorgeous view of the pier, beach, and crystal clear waters of the Emerald Coast. The parking garage, pool and beach access are great. You can walk on the beach, the paved walking trail, or the pier. Great place to relax and recharge.

Stayed Oct 18, 2025If you are looking for a great condo with incredible views, this unit is for you! Seth, the host, was a pleasure to deal with and quick to respond to our inquiries. The condo was very clean and had all the utensils, pots, pans and spices for meal preps in the condo. Beach Colony is in a wonderful location and all of the staff and security are great. We have stayed at different units at Beach Colony. We would definitely stay at this unit again. The beach chair service provided was an awesome perk as well. This is a very family friendly place to stay!

Stayed Oct 5, 2024We have stayed in over 15 different condos and this one was nice, except I expected more from the general upkeep and cleanliness. We could not use the water dispenser or ice dispenser in the fridge because I they were full of black gunk, the handles on the dresser in the main bedroom were either loose or falling off, the microwave still had crumbs in it, and the Light in the kitchen did not want to turn off unless you hit the switch pretty hard. It wasn’t anything big that would ruin our stay, but it was disappointing for the price. The layout was nice, the furniture and beds were comfortable. Would be a home run with a little cleaning and updating.
