Beautiful Beach Front Condo - Best Orange Beach Location

This place was beautiful. The Wi-Fi wasn’t great. Phone service didn’t really work even though said we had bars.the communication with the owner was very good. Responded within minutes. The view was beautiful. Will be back here.

I didn't see a host while there if that is the question. Some of the furniture was in poor condition, mostly in the master bedroom, the drawer would fall our when pulled out. Several lite bulb were missing. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

Amenities were not good. Very old space and furniture. The couch and the porch chairs were so old and uncomfortable they were almost unusable. Broken picture frames, cabinetry, dresser, blinds, the space desperately needs to be updated. But it looks like it hasn’t been updated since 1980’s so I don’t think it’ll happen.

The beach view was great!

Condo was just as pictured. We slept great on mattress. Everything we needed in kitchen was there, including 2 coffee pots! We had a great stay!

The owner reached out immediately once we booked and after check out. We liked the smaller condo with easy in and easy out of the parking lot and the condo. No waiting for elevator even though we used the stairs a lot. Easy walk to the beach and to the pool. It was very quiet and peaceful. No nonsense.

Perfect for 3 adults for a girls trip.

The co do was clean and check in process was easy!! Great response from owners. Will definitely be back

I would Have liked to see someone on the property that guest could go to. We had issues late at night with children throwing things on the balcony and a lot of time hitting the sliding glass doors. Did not feel comfortable approaching the parents. Silverware was put back in drawers dirty. Guess it could have been a lot worse.

Awesome location and appreciated the elevator!

This location is just perfect. I loved that it was a smaller location and the communication with the owner was so great. I hope we make this an annual trip.

The only thing that could be improved is that you only had enough hot water for one shower.

We had everything we needed! Plenty of dishes and pots and pans. The place was really nice!

Instant access to the pool and beach was perfect for the kids!

Accurate listing, accommodating, comfortable beds. Kitchen fully stocked, great access to the beach. 10/10!

If you are looking to relax, this one's for you. Huge patio doors, a wall of windows, and a great 3rd floor view here. Right on the water, comfy beds, and just what we were looking for.

Great view of the ocean, solid location and all around solid for the price. I would come back. Decor is a little tired and dishes and drink ware do not match which was frustrating for someone that is trying to entertain.

Great place, clean, and convenient!

Our stay was good. However, pictures on Vrbo do not reflect the actual shape things are in on the inside. The listing, I feel, had pictures when it was new. It is an older building, which is not the fault of the owner. However, the contents of the condo is a reflection of the owners. There was no guide for tv channels. We had an issue with the king room tv but after contacting the owners, the property manager came, and she did get it working. The top outlets is the bedroom not working without turning on the light switch in the bedroom is a little janky. The balcony was great. However, you could smell cigarette smoke a lot from the other units :-/. The first night someone was playing their music loud. Couldn’t hear the waves crashing for the annoying music. It didn’t go late but just annoying. This particular unit is right next to a water park in the next complex. While on the balcony you heard the water slide water the entire time you were on the balcony. Plus we felt like we were staying at the next complex because we saw every person go down the slide and could see their facial details, it’s that close. The kitchen was horribly stocked. There was only 1 10” skillet. How in the world to you cook breakfast with 1 skillet?? For the amount I paid, I don’t feel I should have needed to bring my own dishwasher detergent, toilet paper, trash bags etc. especially for two people. Again some things owners can’t control but several they can control.

Great location, perfect condo for what we needed. The popcorn ceiling kept falling off in the bathroom and the WiFi wouldn’t hook up in the bedroom (kept saying wrong password even though it was right). I didn’t reach out to owners because we weren’t there long enough for it to be an issue. Again, great place on the beach! Perfect for our weekend trip.

Had a great time and a great location. Very pleased with our experience!! First time to have been there in orange beach and felt very safe! The host was very good at responding!! We will be back!!!!
