Beautiful beach front condo!!!

Nicole was very easy to deal with and very responsive. The unit was very clean and accommodating with the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on in the master bedroom. Plenty of dishes, towels, and storage to make our stay very comfortable.The view from the oversized balcony was amazing. Plenty of space for everyone out there. Pool was really big and not over crowded at all. Included in the rental was an umbrella and two chairs was is very thoughtful and makes going to the beach a lot less hectic noting having to take our own.Overall a great place to stay and would definitely book this unit again!

This condo is beautiful! Very spacious and clean! Kitchen is very large and is well equipped! The balcony is huge and has a wonderful view of the ocean and also the sound( beautiful sunset) highly recommend!

We have stayed at another condo in the past, but this was by far one of the best. The Host was extremely helpful and responsive to all questions. Also, it is a very pretty and clean condo. Loved the balcony view too. We had a wonderful week there.

Our stay was wonderful. The condo was beautiful with a great ocean view, and the hosts communicated well throughout.The only frustration was the complimentary beach chairs. It would have been helpful to know before booking that these are typically placed behind other rows, leaving very tight access to the water and limited visibility. Knowing this in advance would have allowed for different seating arrangements to be considered.

Beautiful place to stay on Navarre Beach! We had amazing views from the balcony and easy access walking down to the beach. The condo was clean & very comfortable for our family of 4. The kitchen had all we needed to prep breakfast & lunches. Nicole was amazing to work with, checking in that we arrived ok & also communicating with us before checking out. I would definitely recommend if you’re looking to stay on Navarre Beach!

Nice condo, great beach view, would stay here again. Host was attentive and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. I thought the host was very personable and nice and enjoyed talking to her. There is oversized parking for high profile vehicles. We had a cargo carrier and needed to use those spots a couple times. I enjoyed the walk in closet and the condo had plenty of space. I appreciated that the floors were so clean.

This location is perfect. The unit was not only nice and clean but there were thoughtful details and unexpected items for us to enjoy like games and beach towels and even a small cooler to take to the beach. I cannot speak to the other beds in the unit as it was only the 2 of us, but the king bed was very comfortable. Anytime we reached out to Nicole she was exceptionally responsive. We are hoping to visit again.

Our stay was amazing! The condo was clean and cute nice Jacuzzi bath. Beds comfy. Nice large balcony with beautiful views of the ocean. The host was excellent she made sure we we that everyt went smoothly.

Great place to stay. Very clean, in great shape and plenty of kitchen utensils. Owners responded very quickly to a question we had. Balcony is very nice! It was so nice to see beach towels for us to use. There was also plenty of bathroom and kitchen towels. Highly recommend this unit!

Our host Nicole was very responsive and helpful. She couldn’t have been nicer.The condo was clean and well stocked with nice towels and all kinds of kitchen items. The view was beautiful, the beach was like walking on white sugar. The water was crystal clear and aqua blue. One of my favorite beaches. We truly enjoyed being there.

Balcony view was good. Excellent condo furnishing. Had extra supplies we needed for cooking. Enjoyed the stay and hoping to return Spring 2025

Beautiful condo with amazing views! The unique shape of the balcony allows for views of the beach and the sound! Tastefully decorated and clean. The owner was a pleasure to talk to and responded quickly to messages. Beach and sand are like the caribbean, Navarre Beach is very nice.

This condo more than lives up to its name- Cloud 9! We look forward to our stay at Beach Colony Navarre each summer and have found our favorite unit yet! The owners are super sweet and even checked in to make sure that we arrived okay and had everything we needed! Their attention to detail in their home is unmatched- there was nothing that we could have needed that wasn’t already there. This was a perfect vacation and we hope to be back soon!

We had a wonderful overall experience in Navarre while visiting for our family reunion! We had 2 grandparents, 2 parents, and a very active 3 year old in our group. The pictures are spot on for what to expect and we had plenty of room to have our own spaces. The kitchen was a game-changer - being able to cook and stay in as a family was fantastic! Same with the in-room laundry for taking care of wet beach/pool clothes. The balcony is a lovely spot for breakfast or sunsets as well. The pictures give a great peek at the view! We loved the games and supplies for the beach in the room - our son especially loved Connect 4 and Dominoes, since we could get creative together. The proximity to the beach and the pool was fantastic - we spent multiple nights out at the facility's pool and loved it! Some of us also walked over to the pier for fishing and restaurants and liked the close proximity there as well. We did have some small hiccups along the way, but the host was extremely responsive with communication and we had everything we needed. Would stay again!

Had such a wonderful stay and had a great week on the beach. The beach attendants were very pleasant and accommodating. Great location and the pool was an added bonus.

While the door code didnt work at first, the owner was very responsive in correcting the issue, and texted me a new code within minutes. The condo is beautiful, spacious, well stocked, and has a wonderful balcony with spectacular views. This was our first visit to Navarre and it was less crowded than other beaches we have visited. Highly recommend.

The condo was clean and just as pictured. The response was fast to any question. The pool was wonderful. The balcony was my favorite place to hang out and it had so much space. I would definitely recommend this space and plan to return next year.

Cloud 9 was a wonderful stay and wonderful view of the Gulf and the bay. The owners we're wonderful hosts and easy to get a hold of if you have any questions. We ate at some good local seafood restaurants, the ones we liked the most:In Pensacola: Flounders, fun atmosphere with outside seating, vollyball, cornhole and a kids playground.Fort Walton: Boshamps and Old Bay Steamers

My family and I loved this property!The condo was very clean, updated, and the balcony was amazing. It's HUGE! It's perfect for drinking morning coffee and reading a book as well as for having a nightcap while listening to the waves crash. The beach has stunning white sand with crystal clear water which we all enjoyed. We were able to put on masks and find several hermit crabs in shells, sand dollars, and saw several other fish on the ocean floor as well. We did have two days with quite a few jellyfish in the water, but this is obviously no fault of the owner.We had a great week and we loved our first time to the Navarre Beach area.

We had a fantastic spring break. The property was just as presented. The balcony views of the Gulf are spectacular. We had everything we needed. Great hosts, beautiful property. We’ll be back again!

The space was perfect for my family (3 adults, 2 kids). The balcony is so lovely and the seating is comfortable. The place came so well stocked! I was pleasantly surprised by the games, beach toys/needs, and fully stocked kitchen. The host was very communicative when needed. I would definitely stay again!

The condo was perfect in every way! From the cleansiness to the location, and the comfort of the Condo make our trip special! The owners were very communicative and checked in on us to make sure everything was going OK! Not only was the view breathtaking from the condo but the balcony was quite spacious! The ocean view from the balcony is beautiful. In all my stays in Navarre, this was by far the best ocean view and most relaxing time on the balcony. Had such a relaxing time on the beach and sitting on the balcony. Navarre is my favorite place, it’s small and not bumper to bumper sitting in traffic. Thanks!!!

Everything was perfect. Beach, pool, condo, and weather. The only complaint was we fought over who would sleep on the balcony lol?
