The loft is beautifully decorated with original artwork gathered from our travels around the world and complimented by contemporary, mid-century furniture. 14 foot floor-to-ceiling windows add to the open feel and offer a perfect view of the sunset over the downtown skyline. With comfortable seatingfor 6 on the over-sized patio overlooking all the city has to offer, you may never want to leave the confines of the loft.

    We enjoyed our stay in this lovely space. It is located within walking distance of many of the places on our to do list. We enjoy walking the harbor, finding good coffee shops, Rooftop views & visiting Little Italy, plus Petco Park & much more. It's a plus to have a secure parking space.

    Ideal location for exploring all that SD offers. The condo is located near bus and trolley stops, grocers and pharmacies, coffee shops, restaurants, and entertainment. There is an excellent deli immediately downstairs. Balboa Park, Gaslamp Quarter, convention center, and Petco Park are walking distance.The condo was well equipped, spacious, and comfortable. The host was professional and prompt in addressing questions, provided thorough instructions and many suggestions for area dining. Photos accurately depict the property. The furniture was comfortable, the TV and Wi-Fi reliable.I highly recommend this property. Bear in mind that it is located in an urban setting, with typical street noise below. The unit is on the 6th floor, and elevators are fast and reliable. There is a west-facing balcony ideal for enjoying city-scape sunsets. I would (and hope) to return to this condo for a future visit.

    Five beautiful weeks in San Diego in February...what could make those weeks even more perfect? ...a lovely place to stay! Evan's condo was in the heart of San Diego, just a few blocks from the Gaslamp District (far enough away to be out of the noise; close enough to stroll over any time), one block from Petco Park and a nice walk to the bay area. The condo was beautiful, Evan was receptive to any questions I had, the private parking was very convenient, and the balcony was especially fun to use. Great food everywhere. My husband and I had a blast, as did my friends when he had to go back to Colorado. Thanks, Evan, for a great stay.

    Our month in the condo was a wonderful experience. The unit was well appointed with everything we needed for our stay. Evan was quick to respond to any questions and was very helpful and accommodating. The location was incredible. We literally had a window to the world through the floor-to-ceiling windows. Fun to watch the vibrant city life from the balcony.

    Beautiful clean modern condo. Very nice building and occupants. Secure garage parking huge bonus! I spent time working at dining table and gazing at the city skyline. Wonderful sunsets reflecting off the other high rises. Close to everything, Petco, Convention Center, Grocery, etc. Evan made everything easy checking IN/OUT. Very responsive to any needs, which there were none. Very well stocked and maintained. Thanks Evan and family for a great stay while I looked for my next home in San Diego!

    This unit was well located east of the Gaslamp Quarter and convenient to light rail for getting around the city. It was well-equipped and furnished. It had secured underground parking, and the property owner was easy to deal with. Our only gripe was the poor lighting throughout the apartment, particularly once the sun set.

    The unit was completely as advertised. There were no surprises. Everything worked. It was extremely comfortable and in a great location. I have no reservation in recommending an extended stay at Evan’s loft.
