Beautiful 4th floor Gulf View Condo

Great place!! Comfortable space!! Everything you need! Thankful for the snack basket and water that was there for us as our flight/travel in was horrible and we didn’t get in until much later than expected. Would definitely rebook.

Our stay was wonderful! We traveled with two adults and two teenagers so we especially loved the pool and the game room. We saw dolphins from our balcony every morning. The location was quiet with all the accommodations our family needed. We’d recommend this VRBO!

We can't say enough about this property and the hosts. Very enjoyable stay! Clean, comfortable, had everything we needed. Chris and Jen were easy to get ahold of and quick to reply to any questions we had. Great experience.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo has great views and nice amenities. It was very clean and had everything you would need. There are chairs, tennis racquets, and a cooler for you use in the closet. They even provided some snacks and water bottles waiting upon your arrival. Great value for the stay.

The view from this condo is excellent. The owner was incredibly helpful and attentive. I would highly recommend this property.

Great location to our family and places we needed to go. Perfect escape at the pool and watching the dolphins and boaters on the balcony was wonderful!

Comfy digs and tranquil views

You will LOVE this condo! It overlooks water and the beach. The view and price were unmatched. Run don’t walk to this one- we enjoyed every minute of this gated community condo. Also, the host was quick to respond with questions and was very hospitable. The kids enjoyed the pool and the beach. The beds are super comfy too. Very relaxing!

I find it's sometimes difficult to choose a place while visiting another state/city but this was a great choice to stay. Owner was responsive and I feel she really want renters to feel comfortable. The full time owners were nice also, always saying hi or a quick wave. I will definitely choose this condo again.

Nice condo. A little noisy because of neighbors barking dogs and people pushing carts at 7am. Other than that it was good.

Unit was clean and comfortable. Could use some updating but price was good.

Nice place but didn’t like the tv and the “add ones” to the quoted rates!

Accommodations as listed. Place a little old, but well maintained. Good location. Would stay here again. Host had nice snacks and responded to questions right away.

We enjoyed the complex in spite of the cool weather. The condo was adequate for our needs.

The overall property was as advertised. Unfortunately, due to the hurricanes that had come through, the pool was not open and there were no grills for our building. Everything else was fine. Sitting on the balcony, looking out, was amazing.

Unfortunately, we stayed here because our house was flooded by the hurricane surge. No one told us the condo was on generator power and would be shut off during the daytime hours during the week. I work from home and was without internet or power. I found out just before leaving that they had internet in the clubhouse and the owners were notified. (we were not) Also, because of the generator limited power, there was no laundry so we had to go to a laundromat. I left a VM for the owner about these issues but never heard back. This is my first negative review I have ever written. I will say that the owner did let us check in early the first day and that was appreciated
