Beautiful 3/2 condo- JUST STEPS FROM THE POOL /HOT TUB AND BEACH

The condo itself is great and the pool / hot tub area and beach are fabulous!

The condo was spotless and incredibly well-kept. It had everything and more than you’d ever need for a perfect beach stay. Communication with the owner was quick and easy, and the ladies at the front desk were absolutely wonderful. Highly recommend!

The property was great! We had enough room for the whole family. We had to check in late, but the instructions to access the property were outstanding, and easy. The balcony was peaceful and easy to access. It wouldn’t have changed our minds about the stay, but the private pier was closed due to storm damage. There was a lot of construction going on to fix prior storm damage, amazingly the only inconvenience was having to walk to the other side of the building to access the pool/hot tub and the beach. With all the construction it was still peaceful and quiet. The staff was knowledgeable and courteous during check in/out. This is a stunning property, peaceful location and still had stores, shops, and restaurants nearby.

The property was very clean! They had everything you could possibly need in the kitchen, at the beech, and beech towels to use. We loved the renovated pool area. Everything was perfect. Ty!!

Nicely updated and clean condo. Exterior work fixing hurricane damage is nearly complete. As of our visit in early June, all that remained was the pool fence and restroom. They do have a temporary pool restroom available for use, and it was clean when we were there. The updated pool and hot tub area was nice. The beach was not very busy during our visit. Really enjoyable. Just 10 minutes from lots of restaurants, mini golf, etc. Front desk staff were very nice.

Very comfortable and convenient

The condo was wonderful. Everything we needed and more. It was very clean and that was much appreciated. The front staff at the Sand Dollar were very helpful and kind. Thank you!

This condo is in a great location and is right on the beach. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The building itself and lobby are quite dated and there is only one small elevator for use. The building and pool area are still under repair from the damage of recent hurricanes. In fact, a good amount of hurricane damage remains in the area and many things are still closed. Despite this, we still enjoyed our stay and visit, there were enough restaurants, etc. open.

There are property managers on site to assist with check-in so it is very easy. Also if there are any problems during the stay, someone is there to assist. The condo owner was wonderful and i hope the next time our whole family goes to the beach this property is available. No complaints. Thp

Property was bigger than expected. The location was near everything in Indian Shores and IRB. Lots of space, comfortable beds and nice private balcony. Owner very responsive. Enjoyed it and will come again.

The place was exactly as advertised. A lot bigger in person and absolutely perfect. We loved everything about our stay here. Plenty of room, comfortable, great area and the access to the amenities were wonderful. We loved the key access around the area for extra safety too. If we had to pick something to complain about, the beach chairs provided were in rough shape and we were not able to utilize them. Other than that we truly look forward to booking again!

Check in was easy and informative Appreciate the security measures in place to keep the condo area strictly to guests staying there. Met many families that have come there for 10+years. Beach area was nice enjoyed option to get shade when needed not much shade in pool area once sun ones around. At one point mid afternoon has the pool to myself! Advertises condo comes with beach chairs 2 of them were not useable only one good chair. Pool noodles were a plus! Only con was the furniture sat very low for elderly in the group made it hard to get up and down from Condo area was quiet during sleeping hoursbeachtowels were a great benefit

Spacious condo with everything you need to have a pleasant stay. Large bedrooms with comfortable beds. Enjoyed or stay.

We had a wonderful stay- 7 sisters together in the condo and we had plenty of room! Beds were comfy!! The location was absolutely perfect!! Only wish there was dish soap, shampoo, conditioner provided at the condo.

Condo was just as described!

Family of 22 spanning ages of 1-76. My husband and myself, 5 children w 4 spouses and 11 grandchildren. We rented 5 condos for the week June 8-15. Sand Dollar complex allowed us the perfect areas to get together. Would highly recommend this complex for family get togethers. The beach was so close, as was the pool, hot tub and volleyball. The pier was a real plus. We used the area under it for chairs and time out of the sun. The kids loved fishing from the pier. We didn’t need a lot of the stuff we packed due to the closeness of everything. Wagon never came out of the car. We brought 5 canopies and only one got used. We will return. Staff was exceptional.

Great location easy beach access. Tons of space!

Property was a great location! We enjoyed the condo, pool and ocean. The private pier is a great added bonus. The bird sanctuary down the road which others mentioned created an odor (we did not notice it while on the property) was actually a fun little place to explore. Only thing to note if planning to stay here is the set-up to the condo. The room with the double beds does not close off right at the room. Instead the door is down a hallway which includes two closets and the second bathroom. Not a great set-up for putting kids in this room, but didn’t detract from our overall enjoyment of the stay. The management company for the property was extremely kind and accommodating. The owner was as well the few times we reached out with questions.
