Beautiful 3 Bedroom Poolside Oasis!

Good communication and instructions. Clean, nice amenities, no problem with getting chairs around the pools, great golf within 5 minutes drive. We would stay here again.

Awesome pool!

Excellent and convenient location! Condo was pretty! Fabric furniture and rugs could use a good cleaning but rest of condo was very clean and well stocked. Complex is very nice… covered garage parking a bonus for keeping the car cool. Beds could be updated.. esp in second and third bedrooms. This host has really thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. Our family had such a great stay!

I have nothing but positive words for this property and it's management staff! Our stay was due to a remodeling project at our home but turned into (thanks to IAN) a sanctuary from the storm. We were safe, secure and with power and water the whole time. I will be forever grateful! I should also mention that management had the grounds back to as normal as possible as quickly as possible, which was such a blessing for a nine year old missing school and other normal activities! We would stay again or buy here in a minute!

The pictures were accurate. Anything you needed was there for you and it was plenty big enough for 7-8 people. The pools and workout room were very nice. Easy access to the pools down the back stairs. You can’t walk to the beach, but it’s a very short drive. The only negative is that the queen bed frame needs fixed as it’s loose and loud.

This place was ideal for our family get together. This place had plenty of room for our kids and grand kids. The kitchen was well equipped which gave us plenty of space to have family breakfasts and dinners. The zero depth pool worked out great with the little ones. In the evenings we had the pool to ourselves. All in all I would give this unit an A+++

the facility is most enjoyable , well maintained , and the Sun Village Vacations staff is very responsive and helpful . This was especially true when dealing with Summit and the sporadic broadcast difficulties . The quiet pool was warm and welcoming. I saw pool maintenance virtually everyday that I was on the lanai.

Loved all of the space available and the poolS were beautiful!

Loved our stay and will be definitely book again. Perfect for our family of 5.

1. Tile floors were dirty. When grandkids walked on them feet got dirty from the 1st day. 2. Cold water pressure was so low took toilets forever to fill up. 3. The furniture in the living room was extremely uncomfortable. They were to low to the ground and you couldn't get comfortable sitting on them. Besides these three items I loved the place and will stay again. Correct these problems and it would be a 5 star plus.
