Beautiful 2BR/2BA Penthouse Condo Overlooking Table Rock Lake!

Spacious and clean! Loves our stay there and will be returning!

Condo is big and roomy. Just one flight of stairs up from parking. Was always able to park immediately in from of the stairs. The sunroom had decent view of the lake. Nicely decorated. Next door to marina with free launching if you have a boat but no rentals there. This is pretty far from the Branson strip so if you want to get away from it all that's great but if you want easy access to shows and shopping not a great choice. The pool was small but clean and not crowded. There were a few maintenance items that need attention but overall a very nice rental.

This property was beautiful, lake view, up to date in decor, roomy, clean, totally fabulous. The nicest stay that I have ever had! The hosts have thought of everything.

The condo was beautiful. It had everything we needed. It was close to everything we had planned to do! I will stay there again.

My wife and I went down to celebrate our 27 anniversary. We had such a relaxing time!! The condo was amazing and we definitely plan on being back. Thank you, for a great time!!

This property was as advertised. The host was responsive and there were no major issues. The gate was NOT an issue for us as other had commented in reviews.

This place has potential! Beautiful lake view, private pool, and close to Big Cedar or Branson Landing. The positives: new appliances, great view from the 3-season room, and a nicely remodeled master bath. The concerns: filthy, damaged floors and walls. I knew the furniture would be well loved based on the pictures. It appeared to be fully furnished from a thrift store. Nothing matched or was from any recent time period. The walls were literally crumbling and had terrible stains and damage. The carpet (though dark) had visible stains and the tile floors were cracked all over. Disappointed in the quality overall, but it was very low in price...

It was everything we expected! The whole family had a great time, will be back again!

Had a great time and really enjoyed my time there. The owners were great and helped me.with a gate issue, but all was well. They responded very quickly!

the owner was very helpful and easy to deal with we had trouble with gate and the owner went above to help fix the situation even though it was not her fault would recommend this property

The condo was clean and comfortable. We did have 'check-in' issues as the gate code we were given had expired. The phone system at the front gate required information that we did not have handy. i.e. the name of the person we were visiting! On the third day, we contacted someone by phone. She asked that we send a picture of our license plate, then the automatic reader would let us in. That worked perfectly but could have been done before we arrived in the first place.The door code on the condo worked most of the time with some difficulty but we eventually left it unlocked during the day. The storm door lock from the inside was also broken. Its handle fell off.The handle on the microwave is loose at the bottom but still worked.In spite of these minor aggravations, we still enjoyed out time there.

Condo was great! Clean, spacious, quiet, and beautiful with a (slightly obstructed) view of the lake. My only complaint would be the gate access. Long lines of cars trying to get gate access, the one-time access codes texts sometimes took a long time to come through (one was a couple of hours) and gate guard ALWAYS had trouble finding our reservation.

We loved this location which gave beautiful views and a nice place away from the busyness of Branson. We would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a more scenic stay away from downtown.

Very clean affordable place to stay on the lake. Has everything you need and a stones throw to the lake. Bring your boat and family and enjoy lake life. Teresa was very quick to reply with any questions we had.
