    The house is very easy to locate with gps. Check in is super smooth. It has the vibe of a vacation house, quiet clean comfortable and good amount of space for a family of 4. Because it’s a unit of its own, no upper stairs and downstairs neighbors. Stepping into lanai you have ocean view to your right, distant mountain view to the left, and picturesque Makai golf course right in front. The small backyard garden is beautifully landscaped with delightful plants. We didn’t hike down for any local beach given the recent heavy rain. Nearby Hanalei town and beach was the best choice of the season. It’s about 15 minutes drive from house, but could be over 30 minutes if there’s traffic due to a single lane bridge on the way to Hanalei.The kitchen had all we needed to cook for breakfast and a few simple dinners with groceries purchased from nearby supermarket. We used air conditioning in both bedrooms and common area everyday, and didn’t have any issue. Communication with host was prompt and efficient. There’s a step right by the entrance door inside. It’s from the landing of stairs. We got tripped a few times. Need to make sure to fully open the door going in and out of the house.

    We had a wonderful vacation staying at Puamana 14B. It was a perfect location for our situation as we had extended family staying at the Westin which was a 3 minute walk. The air conditioner in the bedrooms was nice to have although my younger son slept on the pullout bed upstairs with just the fans and had no complaints. The house had a few necessities like toilet paper, soap, shampoo, dish soap, and detergent. It also had outdoor activity

    We love Kauai!! Everyone had an amazing stay on the North Shore! The weather worked out. Had some rain, but plenty of breaks and sunshine! Our unit was great. The bed in the master was amazing! So comfortable. We love the proximity to the beach trail down to Anini. The trail was scenic and not long. Easy. Disc golf was a hit! Location was perfect for us. The tree outside of our lanai was incredible! We had a lovely time.

    Make sure you understand, “daily rate”. It should be nightly rate. Most visitors from main land arrive way after check in time usually after 3PM. We arrived around 8 pm. Most of the day was gone. Then , they require check out promptly at 10 AM . For us it was prompt at 10 am. They will not extend the courtesy of few hrs of late check out even for a repeat customer like myself . I was very disappointed. So be aware and make your plans accordingly. I will look into other travel agents , when planning my next trip.

    Overall very nice with a few exceptions. The condo was clean and comfortable. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with all basic necessities. Plenty of nice beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers as well as a stroller and wagon to haul beach stuff. Easy parking. One big negative was the presence of significant black mold in the master upstairs shower. I called the manager and sent an email with my concern regarding this and a few other minor issues. The response was we will look into it. I absolutely do not expect to see black mold in a condo bath that is in this price range. The community pool was substandard for a condo in this price range-small, almost an eyesore with a few cheap chairs and no hot tub. A wind storm came through which resulted in the next door condo's charcoal grill tipping and dumping an excessive amount of black charcoal all over our rear lanai and furniture. I spent an hour removing as much debris as I could with a wet rag and broom to make it somewhat clean. It required a powerful hose and scrubbing to clean properly. The management did not offer to clean immediately or offer and discount for this or the unacceptable black mold in the shower. I would not recommend this condo until the black mold is eliminated in the shower. I took several pictures, the management was not interested in seeing them.

    My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our week stay! The condo is exactly as described with beautiful views of the ocean and well kept golf course. The condo has tons of beach items to use, and the kitchen is well stocked. The only negative we can say is the available pool is pretty small and there was some construction happening close by.

    We were in Kauai for my son’s. Wedding and had family and friends staying all over. They all thought our rental was the best. I use a walker and having a ground floor bedroom and bath was necessary. View of the ocean was wonderful.
