Beautiful 2 Bedroom Lakefront Condo

Very nice, clean place. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great location. Quiet, comfortable and cozy. We loved the larger master bathroom. Perfect location the our conference. The deck was nice. Wish we could see the lake more but still great! The host was quick to answer questions. We would return,

Absolutely the nicest place! Everything you needed and more. Close to everything, but not in the thick of it. Would definitely and want to come stay again. Got lost and had help immediately with just a quick phone call.

The only thing that could be better is the master bedroom bed it is not comfortable and needs a new mattress. There is a nice pool and the kids loved the lake access. Absolutely loved it! Perfect location right on the lake. Very clean and quiet. It had everything we needed. Our son loved it so much that he said if he lived there and had to go on vacation, he’d be mad. Thanks for thinking of everything! We plan on staying here next time we go to Branson.

Only disappointment was it’s not clearly stated that guests won’t have dock access which we understand (as an owner you don’t want random people on your dock to mess with your boat). Just wish we knew ahead of time a little more clearly. Otherwise all was great and we’d definitely recommend!

We have stayed at this property before and always loved it, but we were very disappointed by the lack of lake access this year. Not being able to use the boat dock to dock our boat rental was inconvenient, but workable. However, having no where to actually swim in the lake was unacceptable. The language about swimming and water activities was very misleading as there were signs everywhere that said not to swim between docks. We stayed at this property to be on the lake and couldn’t even get in the lake this time, so we will be finding somewhere else in the future.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve been to Branson many times as a family and as a couple in the last 10 years, and have a tried a wide variety of lodging options. This has been my favorite of them all, and I plan to stay here again the next time we come as a family. We only had the three youngest kids with us (ages 11-16), so we chose the 2 bedroom with 2 beds in the second bedroom which gave everyone PLENTY of room. The beds and bedding were all comfy and lots of extra pillows and blankets. Nice big bathrooms. Great kitchen for when we ate in, which was even more often than usual, especially with the propane grill on the deck (we love to grill). Having all the floating docks and paddle boards and kayaks made the access to the lake SO much more valuable and enjoyable for us, so we spent quite a bit more time on the lake than I expected, and the back deck was so beautiful and relaxing that I spent hours sitting out there. Geo responded to my every inquiry IMMEDIATELY and was so friendly and helpful, and that makes all the difference in the world. I had one small issue (that could’ve easily waited until the next day), and he was at the unit in minutes to take care of it our first evening. And the location was perfect for getting to everything in town. We love the shopping and shows, and it was close enough to pop back into the condo for a nap or snack between activities. We’ve never found a place with all these perks. I love it!

Property was amazing. Perfect locate, beautiful view, and a spacious balcony.

Location of this property is great. Reached out a couple of times to Geo for info on the amenities and received very quick responses. Would stay here again.

We were also disappointed that the pool was being painted, we reached out to Geo during our stay to ask if we could use another pool and received no response. Amazing place just wish there were more amenities and we had been notified about our pool not being open.
