Beautiful 1st floor condo in Ahwatukee with heated pool.

Great stay, great location!

The condo was well appointed and as described. The surrounding neighborhood made the whole experience quite enjoyable.

The place was clean and well stocked. It was a good location to the events we went to.

Host was communicative and friendly. Condo had everything we needed. So happy we found this place. Was in a great location for us.

We did not use the pool although it looked inviting.

This was the perfect place for our family of 3. It was clean, comfortable, and very well stocked. Small touches like food wrap, condiments, and a kitchen counter catch-all with miscellaneous items were very appreciated.The unit has a beautiful little patio overlooking a resort-like pool which was extremely well-maintained and quiet. We were usually the only ones using the pool area so it had a very private feel.We had a great time and felt very at home during our entire stay!

Condo and property were as advertised. The only negative is finding the unit and parking spot late at night.

I rented this unit for my elderly Mother while she was visiting me. It was perfect for her. She wanted a pool and hot tub and this unit was perfect for that. The unit is ground floor and just steps away from the pool. The pool and grounds are clean, pretty, and well taken care of. The unit had everything we needed. We did some cooking and I was pleasantly surprised with how well the kitchen was stocked. It had everything. I also loved how they kept all the odds and ends from previous renters such as spices, condiments, sugar, etc. That made it much easier. Some rentals clear all of that stuff out. The bed was super comfortable and had really nice soft sheets. They also have extra blankets and pillows. The only note I would make for future renters is that the bed is very high and my 76 year old 4'11' mom could not get into it. It's too high to even sit down on the side, I'm 5'5 and I had to kind of pull myself up and onto it. But once there I slept great. They have a sofa bed and also a foam mattress that we used for my mom which ended up being very comfortable as well. Communication with owner was excellent and was quick to respond to any questions. I would highly recommend this place. The unit is located blocks from major grocery stores and restaurants.

Mark’s 1 bedroom ground floor condo is in an excellent location off Chandler with easy access to all amenities. The gated community is very nicely kept and the heated pool and jacuzzi are a wonderful addition to any day whether out and about or just enjoying a lazy day. Mark has equipped the unit well with everything needed. He was easy to communicate with and quick to respond to any inquiry. Lovely patio to sit and enjoy morning coffee and evening sunsets. Would definitely use again.

We enjoyed our Condo from the minute we walked in, was clean and inviting. The owner was very nice and responded quickly if I had a question. This was my first visit but will not be my last. There was a few things like pots, silverware, that could be upgraded, but was not a deal breaker, just would have added to the Condo, but those were a couple minor things, loved the locationPaul/JoAnneCanada

Needed to stay close to this neighborhood for a couple of nights and this worked out perfectly

My daughter and I came to Arizona to watch my nephew play baseball in a college tournament. We enjoyed the condo. It was clean and well kept. We did not use the pool or hot tub since we were there to watch baseball, but they looked amazing!! We will definitely stay there again if we are back to Arizona.

This is the perfect place to work remotely for a week and have access to all of Phoenix. The WiFi is fast and stable, the complex is quiet, easy access to the freeways. Loved it!

Very nice property. It was very clean when we arrived. The pool is very convenient and well maintained. The host is always ready to assist with any issues that may arise. Highly recommend this condo. We will stay again next year.
