Beautiful 1 Bedroom Condo, Views.

Well maintained property. Own parking space. 2 miles to the city center. Easy access to ski areas.

There is no air conditioning, and on the hottest days, you would want to open the master bedroom window, but you can’t because the parking lot is right there! (There are even signs telling guests not to back up vehicle’s because of the fumes - that’s how close the cars are!) This was a terrible facility, and falsely advertised!!

Wonderful condo, comfortable bed, well stocked kitchen.

Fantastic views, convenient to shopping and area attractions. Shampoo/body wash dispenser pump handle broke, we were told to purchase new dispenser or replace part. Parts are only available from manufacturer and had no orginal information. We purchased a new unit. Owner willing to split cost due to the fact it was past the warranty.

We got to the property very late due to not 1 but 2 flight delays and an hour and half ride from the airport and then we couldn’t get the lock box open. I didn’t want to but had no choice but to call Eileen. God bless her she had kept her phone on knowing that we were coming in late. In no time she got us squared away and into the condo!! The property was absolutely perfect! Extremely clean, nice and comfortable. And very conveniently located. Definitely will stay again!! Thank you Eileen!!

The unit and amenities were great. Located less than five minutes from Dillon and Silverthorn shops and stores.

This condo was great! Space was clean and had everything we needed. Very short walk to pool and hot tub. Beds were comfortable. Very good distance to Keystone, 15 minute easy drive. My family of 4 enjoyed our stay and owner was easy to communicate with.Great selection of movies available!Thanks so much for the great stay!

Great condo for our Christmas ski trip. The location was perfect, plenty of room for the 4 of us, stocked kitchen, roomy living area.

Great location and accomdations. Had everything we could have needed and so close to Dillon shops, restaurants and ski resorts.

The overall complex and feel is a bit dated but the condo itself was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was great. This unit was great for the price point and close to the amphitheater which was our purpose of travel. I'd recommend walking up the road a short distance where you will find an easy to navigate trail along the stream. All in all a good landing spot if you are looking for clean and simple.

Eileen was great and very responsive super easy check in and convenient location. this is not a ski in/out multi-million dollar condo, but it's perfect for the cost!

We had a wonderful stay at this property for our ski trip! The space was perfect for the two of us. After a long day on the slopes, the access to the hot tub was a huge highlight. The location was great, with easy access to i70, and nearby shops/restaurants.

Very comfortable bed and great kitchen with everything one would need including lots of spices. I would have preferred written instructions in the room for Wi-Fi, leaving procedures, etc instead of via email, which I especially like to avoid while on vacation.

We had a wonderful vacation stay at this condo! My husband, two kids, and I were thrilled with the spacious layout, cleanliness, and the fact that it was fully stocked with all the necessities we could need. Eileen is an outstanding host — very responsive and easy to communicate with. We will definitely be returning for our next ski trip. This property was conveniently located near shops and restaurants. It was stocked with everything needed to cook and the owners were very responsive to questions. Highly recommend!

Eileen's condo was perfect for me to get a break from the city for a few nights! Clean with updated furniture and kitchen. Nice to have tea on the balcony in the morning with hiking along Straight Creek just up the road. It is right by I70 but not in the middle of town. I will stay here again!
