The property was VERY clean and accommodating. Everything we needed was there. I even accidentally broke the carafe for the coffee pot & the owners were extremely nice about it and even sent a new one the next day! Very responsive all around. You CANNOT beat the views in this condo. Very comfy beds and seating. We had the best time!

It was a beautiful condo. As always the host was easy to contact and everything was beautiful.

Our first stay at the beach colony west. Condo was comfortable & clean- pool area was amazing. Grills were clean. We will definitely stay in this condo again. This particular area of the beach is a little more crowded than where we have stayed previously so getting a chair / umbrella next to the water was challenging unless you went down very early.

Wonderful spot. Clean, well appointed and very comfortable. We loved every moment of our stay.

Everything was great- condo was as described, easy communication with the owner, stunning views with plenty of comfy chairs to sit in on the balcony, everything needed for cooking, and was clean upon arrival.

Beach colony 13b is a wonderful condo to stay in. Centrally located and nice interior of the condo! One downside is that it mentions in the condo listing that there is a hot tub onsite but that is not the case. Otherwise highly recommend .

This condo is wonderful! Pictures don't do it justice on how roomy and open it is. We were pleasantly surprised when we walked in. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The beds were comfortable and it was nice having a washer and dryer in the unit.The view from the balcony is breathtaking! Most mornings we sat on the balcony and read, while taking in the beautiful sight of the gulf. We even saw dolphins multiple times.The pool is huge and the kids loved swimming. We did wish there was a hot tub though. The condo owner was very quick with responses and allowed us an early check-in since we got to town early and the condo was ready. We would definitely return to this condo!

This was what my 12 year old said when we walked in and could not agree more. The condo was spacious. Husband and I slept well in the main bedroom and the kids slept well in the second bedroom. Loved the views from the balcony. The complementary chairs were an excellent bonus!! There was fabulous food close by as well as a grocery store. Our host was extremely communicative both before and during our stay. We had an issue with the AC and he had it fixed asap. I can’t say enough about Chris and this fabulous condo. We will definitely be back.

Great stay for the month of March. Condo well equipped. Beds very comfortable. Super view of the gulf from the 13th floor. Beach very handy. Cable TV a bonus. Chris, our host, very response to two issues. Well recommended. Would stay again.

Loved the condo. My wife and I have stayed in multiple units in this complex and this was the nicest. Very clean and comfortable. Chris was easy to work with and communicated with us when needed. Look forward to a return stay

Loved the location of the complex and the fact it is gated. Very close to restaurants, groceries and attractions. The unit itself (13B) was very spacious and very well laid out. Perfect views of the Gulf. The unit contained everything that you would need for a nice peaceful stay. Owners kept in contact throughout our stay with updates and anything we needed. My only complaint was the mattresses. The one in the master bedroom definitely needs replacing and the queen in the second bedroom is getting close. Other than that, was a very pleasant stay.

A very nice condo for four empty nesters. The decor was very nice and the kitchen was beautiful. It was also very clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Overall property was great! Only issues were checking in; seemed chaotic; could they stagger times for those coming in. Otherwise excellent vaca!

This is such a great condo! Spacious and with a well stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs. We loved the balcony and the comfy furniture out there and the gorgeous view! We will be back!
