Communication on checking in & out were though, instructions on how to get to the property were easy to follow, this home was perfect for the 3 of us! Its in a quiet area, and the most cozy decorated. We really enjoyed our visit and will definitely stay again. Plenty of kitchen accessories to cook a meal if needed, comfy beds, and even movies to watch! Our daughter loved the loft area.

Our stay at Bear Mountain was great. Everything was as described and very comfortable. We were especially happy with the bed. It was perfect, not too hard, not too soft. Very deep and restful sleep all 4 nights we were there. Great views from both inside and the balcony, clean, cozy and quiet. Located in a safe neighborhood, it was a great home base to explore Branson.

Bear Mountain Suite was the perfect cozy spot for our extended weekend stay in Branson. Clean and exactly as stated in the listing. Centrally located to everywhere we ventured. We will definitely be back.

This was a lovely extraordinarily clean condo. With comfortable seating and wonderful beds very adequate for anybody to stay.

The common space in kitchen and dining area was spacious with newer appliances. The balcony gave extra space to entertain gust. Double vanity in master suite was very usable. Guest room in loft made family reunion a realistic opportunity for our group.

Very nice place, close to downtown

It's hard to understand the layout of this condo just by the pictures. The stairs to the loft are right inside the front door as is the master bathroom. The shower head in the downstairs bathroom is very low (I'm 5'5 and it was below my head), and the bathroom is very small. The overall accommodations are nice enough, definitely rustic and only some upgrades in the kitchen. The living room has a reclining love seat but no other comfortable seating (just a tall kitchen table with 4 chairs and a couple other small chairs against the wall. As expected anyone staying upstairs in the loft does not have any privacy outside the bathroom as you can see over the railing to the living room. The location is nice with a very good Mexican restaurant right at the entrance of the complex and a straight shot to hwy 76. Check in/out instructions and communication was very good.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! Adam was an excellent host—he provided very clear, detailed instructions and directions, which made check‑in simple and stress‑free.The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and well‑equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location is fantastic—just 17 minutes from Silver Dollar City, 10 minutes to the aquarium, and about 12 minutes to Walmart, McDonald’s, and Family Price Chopper. It’s close to all the attractions, yet still quiet and peaceful at night.We also appreciated how organized everything was, from parking to accessing the unit. It felt like a home away from home. This condo is a great value for the area and perfect for anyone looking for convenience, comfort, and affordability.If you’re visiting Branson and want a smooth, enjoyable stay, this is the place! We will definitely be booking again on our next trip.

The property is very nice and well kept. It is the perfect size for 4 family members who need a place to sleep while enjoying the attractions in Branson. The kitchen had enough basics for simple meals and the closets were spacious enough to be able to keep our luggage out of the way. The property manager was very responsive and accommodating. It was a great stay!

I booked this for a girl’s weekend with a dear friend who had never been to Branson. This condo was exactly perfect for our weekend. It’s situated in a really quiet area of the resort, has a nice balcony to enjoy breakfast in the morning (cocktails in the evening), and is really clean and orderly, while remaining warm and welcoming. Would definitely recommend!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Bear Mountain! Beautiful view from the deck and cozy lodgings including a fun upstairs loft. Everything was clean and ready for our stay. The decor was fun and gave cabin vibes. Will for sure return in the future.
