I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time and our unit was nice. I was not happy with the cleanliness of the bedspread! It needed to be cleaned or replaced, it had several dark stains on it ! I also think the rugs should be cleaned as well ! We do love benchmark and have been using them for years!

The air conditioning unit was very loud when it turned on. It sounded like a loud car speeding by outside.

The complex was well maintained. The location was quiet with beach access just across 30A-maybe a five minute walk tops. The booking process was easy. We had a relaxing visit.

Great location with short walk to beach and biking right outside your door. Was noisy at times and not much privacy depending on neighbors. Lady talking on phone and smoking on her deck all hours of the day in next door condo was the biggest annoyance.
