Beachview Complex - Steps from the beach, Swimming pool, and Tennis Court

We loved that the property was not crowded! It was a short walk from the beach and very clean! We will be staying here again!

We arrived at Beachview (condo 216) this past Sunday and were fortunate the owners (Connie & John) happened to be on-site and let us check-in early. Both were very helpful in explaining everything about the condo and answered all our questions about the area, where to eat, what to do, etc. They were extremely helpful . Although the place is a bit older, it was one of the cleanest places we ever stayed. It was just impressive and we certainly would return.

The host was great - very welcoming. They left a nice card and a pie for our thanksgiving dinner. their place is beautiful.

Host was great, location is awesome with private access to beach which is literally a 20 second walk from the door. condo was nice, had everything you need. Recommend highly. Can't beat for the price.

It was a very family friendly experience, the property was well maintained and had everything we needed. Our kids loved being on the beach and using the pool daily. We will definitely stay here again next year.

Our family enjoyed our stay at the beach, the condo was wonderful, and even more beautiful than the pictures. Mrs. Connie is the BEST host I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with, if we needed her she was quick to respond🩷 She is so thoughtful..left us a sweet card and a tray of yummy cookies. Grandkids loved that!! Everything was very clean ( which is a big plus for me) and we loved the very short walk to the beach. Again, the beach home was beautiful and we will definitely be back. I promise you won’t be disappointed staying at Mrs. Connie and Mr. John’s home away from home. Thank you both for everything !

Connie was a wonderful host. She had great attention to detail and communication was a breeze. Loved being just steps away from the gulf, plenty of space for my family of 5.

Where do I begin? The condo was beautiful and about 3 minutes of walking to get to the beach! It was clean and beautifully decorated. We were greeted with delicious Lemon, Banana Nut and Vanilla Bread. It was nice and cool when we arrived at the condo too! Their towels were so soft and we were given coffee pods for the Keurig as well as having sugar, etc. to add to it. Loved this place and the rooms were a very nice size! Kudo's to the owners for such a great place to stay!!!! Will definitely make this my favorite place to stay in Navarre!!! Also ate at a great restaurant not far from us called Emerald's Grill! Definitely go there for a nice dinner!!!!

The property was clean and very comfortable (even the pull-out bed built into the couch was comfortable). I appreciated the little things (beach towels, peanut butter chocolate chip cookies waiting for us). The hosts were communicative and responsive to our needs. Overall I'd stay here again. I recommend the property to others who want to visit the area.

This condo is in an amazing location with a super short walk to the beach. The set up was great for my younger kids in the second bedroom, very happy with the overall experience of our booking. We would definitely book again!

The condo and attention to detail by the home owners surpassed our expectations. We felt at home when we first entered. There was a note on the kitchen counter with goodies! The beds were very comfortable. I sometimes have a hard time sleeping away from home but I didn’t have a problem. I would definitely recommend a stay at this beautiful property!

Not steps from beach. Kinda of overlooked pool if you walked to corner. Provided no extra toilet paper just the roll that was already there and the bugs topped it off.. opened windows because the air freshener stunk blinds broke. Wont stay again

The condo was very clean, very pleasant firnishings and decor. Beds were comfortable. It is behind another condo on the beach but there is a view from the living room and it is indeed just a very short distance from the walkway to the beach. The owner was very easy to communicate with and made our stay very pleasant. I would definitely recommend this property and stay again.

This condo is a great place for a getaway for a couple, small family, or even small group of friends. Husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Bed is comfortable, kitchen had all we needed to make meals, large tv to enjoy movies at night. Condo had all we needed for our stay and it is just 2-3 minute walk to the beach.

Our family loves this place and we’ve been coming since 2020. Connie and John are fabulous and we are incredibly thankful that they open up their condo to allow others to experience the beach life. Everything is super clean and beautiful. Connie’s handwritten welcome notes are my favorite! We will continue to come back!

We love the location and it was easy to access the rental and the beach. Would have loved a small rug or something to help catch the sand once you enter the door. Used the small fan at night to help get the air moving

The condo was clean and comfortable. Connie went out of her way to make sure we had everything to make our stay convenient and enjoyable. I couldn’t ask for anything more. She also responded well to my messages prior to our arrival regarding my concerns with Hurricane Debby.
