Stayed Sep 27, 2025Absolutely love this location as far as the beach views! Unfortunately, we picked a bad week, beach was closed multiple days due to beach Renourishment project. Unit we stayed in was clean, well equipped.

Stayed Apr 19, 2025Great vacation week on the Gulf Coast... Condo at Beach Cottages was perfect. Location was great. Sunset views from balcony. Clean and updated with lots of extras like a few beach chairs and towels. Check-in simple as was check out. I-Trip kept us informed about stay prior to arrival. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Sep 19, 2024We had a wonderful time in Indian Rocks. The condo we rented was great and the view from our balcony was spectacular. The condo was clean and spacious. It was close to a ton of restaurants, bars and grocery stores. It was quiet while we were there so a lot of the time we had the pool to ourselves. The grounds were very clean. The beach was beautiful. We would definitely stay here again. Unfortunately, we had to leave a day early because hurricane Helene was coming and we needed to evacuate. I am not sure how the property/grounds faired with the hurricane but I know Indian Rocks got hit pretty hard. We hope all is well at the Beach Cottages and hope to see you again in the future.

Stayed Aug 24, 2024We have previously stayed at Beach Cottages, although this is our first time in this unit. It is well decorated and spacious. We enjoyed the coffee bar and the kitchen had sufficient stock. The location is great with easy access to the beach and restaurants. Appreciates the parking spot close to the elevators. We will be staying again!

Stayed Aug 17, 2024We have vacationed at Indian Shores for the last 15 years. We have always chosen to stay at Beach Cottages every year. This condo did not disappoint. It was equipped with everything we needed for our stay, updated, and great parking spot in covered garage (nice perk!) We will be looking to book this condo on future trips!

Stayed Aug 10, 2024I have been coming to Tge Beach Cottage yearly for 14 years. Having booked through Florida LifeStyles Cacation Rentals (wonderful). This year we rented through Pinellas. Not again. While the condo and property will always be my favorite, this company does not have good cleaning company. Apon arrival i make my family remove their shoes. I have a no footwear rule when in rentals. Stepped into the condo into a ton of sand. Food crumbs on kitchen floor and in silverware tray. Dirty dishes in cabinet. I found food and q-tips in the small bedroom. Cut and bleeding down the back of my leg from a small piece of glass in the couch. When removing sand chairs from closet there was one that was leaking water and sand all over the floor. They chairs need to be replaced once in awhile considering the rust that got all over myself and clothes. Help is definitely needed in the cleaning protocol. Will 100% be back to this property but will go through Florida Lifestyles. Thank you for yoyr hospitality.
