Beachview, Balcony, BBQ Grill, Free Wi-Fi & Parking ~ 1412 Beach Cottages

Everything was excellent, from the host, to view of the beach, to parking. The only negative would be towards the cleaning crew.

I Trip is a hassle to communicate with. Having to go into the app & sign in each time you need to reference something is time consuming, especially while on vacation. When we did get text communications, they were very prompt with our requests & issues. Condo was very clean, extra sheets for each bed would have been nice as master bedroom sheets paper thin, sliding off bed each night. Replaced3 beach cha very quickly & were high end ones!!

The place was nice, clean and updated. It was very spacious for our family to spread out. We loved the view on the balcony.

A great unit, spacious with everything you need to have a nice vacation. The balcony is huge and has a good view of the Gulf. Everything was clean and recently updated. I would definitely rent again.

Great location. Condo had plenty of space and was well equipped. Beach supplies were handy since we flew and couldn't bring any with us. Large pool area with plenty of chairs. Marked parking spot in a great location. Enjoyed our stay and would rent again.

The floors needed a deep scrubbing, and steam cleaning. The sweeping and wet mopping did not suffice. Our family removes our shoes, and either wears socks or slippers but the level of soil on the floors was unbelievable. We did clean the floors ourselves, but it was noy satisfactory especially for young children. There were chipped bowls and coffee cups that the cleaning crew should have disposed of. I normally leave a 10% tip or 200.00, but since this was not remedied I did not. In short, we left the property in better shape than we found it. I would stay again, but I would advise that you hire a better cleaning crew.

Great location, clean, great balcony view

Beautiful condo. Mostly clean but could use some deep cleaning…black mold in primary bathroom, thick dust on fridge, dusty lamps, etc. Perfect location on IRB. Difficult check in process. Door code didn’t work. Messaged property manager who gave me an alternate code that didn’t work. We only gained access because we’ve stayed in the building before and remembered that code! No directions on where to find our assigned parking spot. Someone else was parked there. We were directed to park in guest parking while they figured it out. Next day, someone was still parked on our spot. Property manager was supposed to contact me when issue was resolved and we never were contacted back, Then by day 3, the spot was vacant. Issue with the elevator which was out an entire day and caused a problem because I have a medical issue that makes stairs extremely difficult. The condo was fully stocked with beach gear, basic starter supplies. Of course the pool was great and the patio overlooking the ocean as well. There are basic maintenance issues that need resolving- the seal is broken on the sliding glass door making it hazy and the bath fan in the primary is hanging off the ceiling and didn’t work. Also, the toilet in the primary ran continuously. Overall, I would choose the unit again if theee issues were resolved.

Nice place. Great views. Beach chairs need to be replaced. Cleaning company missed cleaning the balcony upon check in.

Property was exactly as described. No trouble at all checking in or checking out and everything was very convenient to get to. Would certainly stay here again.

Absolutely love this location as far as the beach views! Unfortunately, we picked a bad week, beach was closed multiple days due to beach Renourishment project. Unit we stayed in was clean, well equipped.

Great vacation week on the Gulf Coast... Condo at Beach Cottages was perfect. Location was great. Sunset views from balcony. Clean and updated with lots of extras like a few beach chairs and towels. Check-in simple as was check out. I-Trip kept us informed about stay prior to arrival. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time in Indian Rocks. The condo we rented was great and the view from our balcony was spectacular. The condo was clean and spacious. It was close to a ton of restaurants, bars and grocery stores. It was quiet while we were there so a lot of the time we had the pool to ourselves. The grounds were very clean. The beach was beautiful. We would definitely stay here again. Unfortunately, we had to leave a day early because hurricane Helene was coming and we needed to evacuate. I am not sure how the property/grounds faired with the hurricane but I know Indian Rocks got hit pretty hard. We hope all is well at the Beach Cottages and hope to see you again in the future.
