Guests staying in WaterColor will have access to the newly expanded WaterColor Beach Club. It features a new main pool and lounge area, second pool deck with additional lounge seating, and third pool with zero-entry, as well an enhanced WaterColor Grill, and new sunset bar, Costa Chica. All have scenic views of the Gulf of Mexico.

DETAILS: Located in the coveted beachside Gulf District of WaterColor, this 2-story, 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom condo is in one of the best locations in town. Convenience is all around when you stay at Beachside #21 as it is ideally located between the beach access and the private Beachside Pool.

Natural light welcomes you into this beautifully finished open floor plan, highlighting the hardwood floors and stunning views. The primary bedroom can be found on the first floor, featuring a plush king bed and bunk bed, direct porch access, and an en suite with jetted tub and stand up shower. This suite also includes a quaint sitting area. The second bedroom on this floor also includes a king bed and bunk bed with a private bathroom.

On the upper level, you will find the spacious kitchen, which is equipped with stainless steel appliances and is overlooking the open dining room and living room. Two sets of french doors open to ocean views. There is a half-bath off the shared living space, along with a twin over twin bunk nook. The second-floor bedroom includes a plush king bed and private bath.

Only one cart is allowed per home, and rentals are on a first-come, first-served basis, with a limit of 60 vehicles allowed in the community at any time. Additionally, WaterColor condominium buildings do not have exterior outlets for charging Low-Speed Vehicles/Low-Speed Vehicles (LSVs). 360 Blue does not provide extension cords for charging. Please discuss charging needs directly with your rental company.

Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments, and be subject to HOA, community, and 360 Blue fines.

    The only problem we had was with beach chair rentals. They are managed by Watercolor and the service is deplorable. I would not spend money with them again. The rental group at the property next door was much better but unfortunately we had already spent our money at Watercolor. Also the hedges need to be cut shorter so you can actually enjoy the gulf view from the balcony.

    We love staying in Watercolor Beachside condos. If you want waterfront in Watercolor there is no place better. We love going to the Beachclub for live music and sunset views. Condo #21 is not as beautifully decorated as #3 but has nice views from the 2nd story deck. The gardeners even trimmed the hedges for a better view when we asked them! Beds were very comfortable! We had to have 360 staff help us with a couple of issues but after that our 10 days were great. If you have more than 1 car you have to park across the street because you can’t use the garage and there is no visitor parking. We were off peak so it wasn’t a problem. The furniture in the den needs cleaning and repair, the TVs need an update as well. For the price, all should be high quality and in perfect condition. We brought our own bikes so I can’t review the rental bikes. Overall we had a wonderful fall getaway, thanks for everything!

    We had a simply delightful stay in the beachside condo. Everything was clean and in great shape. The bed was exceedingly comfortable. The views of the Gulf from our deck were fabulous(see pic taken at sunset).

    Really was impressed with the condo and particularly the proximity to the beach. We literally left our shoes at the condo and walked the boardwalk outside our door to the beach. Wish the weather was better but with how close we were, we were able to run out to the beach between storm clouds. Really enjoyed it and plan to be back!

    Property Mgr selected Thurs, July 29 and Fri, July 30 to test fire alarms in building and unit. Alarms started Thurs afternoon and blared intermittently at the pain threshold (5-siren alarm level / no hyperbole) for several hours including 30 mins straight at one juncture. Then alarms restarted for several more tests about 8:30 or 9:00am on Fri morning. Not cool.

    Had a great time. Had some WiFi and TV issues but the property management team was able to address the WiFi and get us to a point where we could use the main TV. Would return to the same area
