Did not realize two flights of steps were involved. check in was less than smooth.

Very clean .. hard taking stuff up to second floor .. then bedrooms are on 3rd floor .. so a lot of stairs lol .. and no washer & dryer .. you have go to Washateria room .. which would be fine if washers and dryers weren’t old and rusty :/ .. but location great and pool great ..

We love the location that is just steps from the beach. My only complaint with this particular unit, is the coffee table, made of granite and easily falls over with the slightest anoint of weight, get rid of it it’s dangerous.

Amazing views. Very convenient, right on beach. Clean. Really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay again.

The large fire truck puzzle was a big hit. The chest also worked well to block the stair case to prevent the toddler from climbing stairs! Located so close to the beach, easy to walk back and have nap time for the kids each afternoon.

The location was perfect. The condo was clean and beautiful. We especially lived the balconies. The only issue was no elevator so loading and unloading was a challenge in the heat. Still a 5 star experience for us.

The only issues was the Master Bedroom air vent was not working, and one of the burners on the stove was out of place. Aside from that the Unit was Perfect.

Negative...the property does not enforce only guests allowed in pool area or parking area. The pool busy therefore extra maintenance required. The water in pool was not clear. Room... wonderful, comfy beds, beautiful furniture but would suggest leather and remove the large coffee table. Excellent supplies in kitchen.

It was thoughtful to include a floor mattress and toys for kids and other things useful for the beach. But some things that were to be included as per the listing were not, for example handwash. We brought everything else like shampoo and beach towels but being expected to supply our own hand wash for 2.5 bathrooms and the kitchen was kind of ridiculous. We were only provided 4 towels for 6 guests on the whole. No extra comforters or blankets. The extra pillows provided had covers on them that had pieces of hair/dust. Some of the utensils and plates that were in the drawers were crusty (with dishwasher pod residue??) and we had to wash everything that we wanted to use again. Some of the light bulbs were burnt out in the dining area. The non stick pots and pans had peeling bottoms and need to be replaced.
