Location was great. Everything was available like home. Staff was very helpful.

Nice location, very clean. Too cold for us to try out the pool but area looked great. Beach was nice and we had a nice time.

A friend recommended we stay at this location and said she really enjoyed it. We stayed for 3 nights with our daughter and had a lovely, relaxing time. Because I read the reviews in detail I already knew about the crack in the bathroom floor and the couch not being the most comfortable. But it really wasn’t that bad at all. The couch was fine. The pullout was good for our kid. The bed in the master was solid and we slept like babies. The pullout took some time to pull out every night but it wasn’t bad. The beach is right around the corner. We could see it from our porch where we sat and had lunch from. Great unit! The porch is not private so if you have neighbors who smoke and you don’t, it may be awkward. Things were clean although we did run into a Texas coach roach in the living room on the last day. I was waiting for this since we do live in the south. The beach was lovely. We went off season, at the end of Sept so it was quiet. Main restaurants are open but check the hours for other restaurants that may have specific hours. I got the classic tar stains on my skin (feet) from these tar balls I read about but no one talks about. But I was the only one. Wear dark colored water shoes!As for food, we’re vegan so it was an adventure! We brought some pré-made food but we did visit a local spot a couple of times that saved us (Ginger Cafe). Also, Brewster’s has some vegan options (avocado tacos were delicious). We would definitely stay here again!

Reviewer Comments: We arrive in monday good evening, first thing we saw the bed was broke. We had to sleep with our mattress on the floor the first night we pulled the sheet back and there was black hairs on our pillows. There were extra pillows in the closet, but no pillowcases. Our fire alarm francisco went off until we called maintenance to come fix. The floor in the bathroom was all cracked. That didn't affect anything, but it didn't look very nice, the TV box was sitting on top of the t. V. But as far as it was, my husband hit his head on it twice . I went to the office to let them know. They were just like, oh, thank you for telling us not anything like what can we do to make things better? Felt like I paid more than I needed to for what I went through.

The shower has some issues with the shower knobs slipped and leaking water.

They need to provide more towels, especially in the kitchen and potholders and also replace their cooking utensils, that need to go in the trash! So, FYI bring your own towels and paper products. The pool is not very impressive; it was rather dirty and felt closed in. But we went for the beach not the pool.

There was everything we needed in order to make the stay feel like a true vacation for me and my family. Clean towels, bed sheets, plates, air fryer, coffee maker. King bed was comfortable and so was the pullout couch! Exactly as described. We will be back!

The location was perfect, just a little walk down to the beach. The home itself was extremely clean, well maintained, and cozy. I definitely recommend this place, 10/10!

Power turned off throughout island so no Ac or fan, noises from upstairs bearing on ceiling, cracking floor in bathroom. Pool only up to 3 feet !

The entire resort was well maintained. Groundskeepers and staff were excellentThe access to the beach and concrete beach walkway was great and virtually a hop, skip and a jump from our condo.El Constante staff hosted a few events for it's residents Property owner where I stayed was very accommodating and friendly. Property owner of the condo where I stayed delivered a new couch early in our stay. Condo was fully furnished and the King bed was very comfortable.Most incidentals and cooking utensils were provided. I use an air fryer to cook most meals and since one was not provided I bought a new one for the condo.I would highly recommend staying at this condo.

We had a great time, this condo was well maintained, cleaned and has everything that we needed. Also it is very close to the beach access.
