Stayed Mar 3, 2025Loved the warm pool and hot tub area. The property manager got back to us immediately when we had a question or issue. He also contacted us to make sure things had been taken care of. Very quiet area.As this is a gated community, no one answered the call to let us enter. We had to wait for someone coming into the property. Confusing as to where the office was to get our keys.

Stayed Apr 2, 2023We loved the location and how roomy our condo was. The outside of the property was very well maintained. Our particular unit had a few mishaps, some things got resolved in a timely matter, but others are still not working. The owners for being offsite were very accomadating.

Stayed Jul 1, 2022The process was very easy with the owner and it was so nice to be on one level. The view of the pool area was so pretty and we could see the fireworks on the 4th from the balcony!! It was a great place to relax and enjoy the island!! Thank you for sharing your home with us!!

Stayed Jun 12, 2022We had such a comfortable stay at this property. Location of the place was ideal since it was close to the parking lot and the pool. The beach access was nice also. The place was spacious and clean. The property manager was also nice. Upon our arrival we were told our Internet was down. The property manager did his best to fix the issue as quickly as he could, which he did. Thank you for such a great experience and we will definitely book at this property again in the future.

Stayed Mar 11, 2022Frank was great to communicate with before, during and after our stay! We enjoyed the pools and short walk to the beach! We went over spring break when it was quite busy and in the evening you needed to show your wristband to enter the property, I felt safe and happy they were taking these steps to ensure a safe and calm environment! I would totally stay here again and would recommend to anyone visiting South Padre! Thanks Frank for a memorable family vacation! ?????

Stayed Dec 25, 2021Enjoyed location and easy access to the beach. Property was clean and safe for the family. Was within walking distance of restaurants and small shops. Sister property had heated pools. The only issue we had was the gate code to get into the property. It worked the first time after that we had to call the office or someone waiting behind us would swipe us in. Overall a good stay for our family.

Stayed Jul 19, 2021This home was nice! More space than we anticipated by the pictures. We had a wide range of kids from 10 months- 16 years and we didn't feel crowded. The location was nice because we could watch our kids in the pool from the balcony and was a very short walk to the beach
