You will have access to the entire apartment with a balcony. You will also get to enjoy the communal pool, and direct access to the beach. You can make use of the underground private parking space for your sole use.

This stunning, fully renovated and contemporary apartmet located in Marbella del Mar, a beach front urbanization in Marbella City Centre is the perfect place to set up camp and explore the area. It´s priviliged location means that you will be spoilt for choice with many restaurants, bars, shops a short walk away.
You will also have plenty of choice for days out in neighboring towns such as Puerto Banus, Fuengirola, La Cala de Mijas, Malaga City and Gibraltar.
There are plenty of nature based activities to enjoy in the area as well such as canyoning in Benahavis, windsurfing in Tarifa and exploring the beautiful nature park of Parque Natural Los Alcornocales.
The versatility of options available at this apartment will ensure that you are spoilt for choice and that you will be able to fullfill whatever your idea is of spending some time in the sun.

The best way to explore all of what the Costa del Sol has to offer, make your stay more comfortable and have complete freedom is to do so by car. This gives you complete freedom of where and when you go. There are a multitude of car rental options available, and you can pre book these online. If you like the idea of having a car at your disposal but know you won´t need it for your whole stay.
