Beachside Condo in Cocoa Beach

Host was good at communicating and accommodating. Walk to the beach is easy! Perfect for a quick getaway.

It reads that this is a condo. Condo's are usually two stories. I had a handicapped father with me. I expected to take him straight through the front door and have him to sleep on the couch on the bottom floor. I was never told he would have to climb stairs in order to even get into the place to stay.

Stayed here for two nights prior to a cruise with wife and two kids. It was perfect for us. One block to the beach and close to other cocoa beach attractions. Owner was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall our stay was very good. Although there was some stains on the sheets. The host was very responsive and the property was very clean except for the bed linens. I would stay there again . Location was very important to the port and worked very well

Condo was not beachside as described and is upstairs, not handicap accessible. It is a nice unit needing some dusting and floor cleaning.

Property was well maintained and had all the beach essentials we needed. Beach access is a short walk away and the beach was not crowded. Highly recommend.

This property is really convenient as it’s located about halfway between Port Canaveral and downtown Cocoa Beach so you can get to either in just a few minutes. Plus it’s one block from a really quiet section of the beach but walkable to the pier and more activity. As for the condo itself, it worked for our family for the two nights we were there. We were disappointed with how dirty it was upon our arrival - mostly there was a bunch of sand and dirt on the floors (I had to sweep them completely) and on the counters! Also some of the silverware was a bit dirty. The condo is pretty basic - not much if you really intend to cook. But the beds were comfortable, the bathroom was adequate, and the kitchen was nice. Overall we enjoyed our stay and were happy with our choice.

Just outside the craziness of cocoa but walkable to beach or down to cocoa itself

The condo is nice for the price. Close to the beach and other amenities. We have ended up supplying our own paper products such as toilet paper. The washer and dryer are not in the unit but located in the building and are coin operated.

Great location for a few days before or after your cruise. Easy ride to NASA, 1 block to beach!

This was our second time staying at this property. It is a short walk to the beach, and a pretty quiet area. We have enjoyed our stay both times. The property manager is easy to get in touch with and very responsive.

Stayed 2 nights for a fishing trip. Enjoyed walking to beach and the quiet neighborhood. Nice outdoor common space on second floor for talking and hanging out. Washer/dryer is not in unit and you must pay.
