Bathrooms were not cleaned, floor was so gritty, half bath had a mini flood. Then the roaches .. I was just very disappointed this time around. Next time ill stay in a different room

We were here to celebrate my grandson's 1 year Birthday. All was perfect, check in, check out, the room, and counter service. Great staff.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was fantastic. The place comfortably accommodated our party of 5. We appreciated the 2 full bathrooms and half bath downstairs. The kitchen had plenty of dishes, pots, pans, and utensils which made cooking a breeze. The area of the complex we stayed in was very quiet. We had no issues with noise. Beach access was super convenient, as was vehicle access. Check in and check out were a piece of cake as well! We will definitely be returning!

Accomodations and staff were amazing. However, the population of this pripert is 65 and older. They are very unfriendly, do not tolerate the younger population (well behaved young adutls). They monopolize all the loungers at the pool and save them for their friends.They were confrontational and argumentative while demanding to know what units my afult kids were staying in whenever I did not goto the hot tub or pool eith them. And lastly, though it is a smoke free unit, our downstair neighbors smoked outside their slider for the first 4 days we were there which made it so we could not open our sliders without our whole condo smelling like smoke. We will not return.

My only complaint was how loud our neighbors were. You could hear little kids running up and down the stairs and banging on the wall that adjoined my 10 month old babies room. They did this for hours for two of the nights we were there which kept waking my baby. Other than the noise complaint we had a wonderful stay.
