The property was just as advertised. It was spacious enough for our group of 6. We were able to walk to the beach easily and the chairs, umbrella, cooler provided were great! The kitchen was pretty well stocked. The air conditioning worked well and the beds were comfortable. Access to the pool and other gaming activities was great for keeping us busy! Parking was also no problem. We will definitely return!

Everything was great for our family of 4! Clean, quiet and great location. Walked across the street to the beach and then the pool is behind the condo. Even saw a manatee off their fishing dock! Definitely recommend

The kitchen had been upgraded and living area had new furniture although the blinds could do with some upgrades. Staff were very friendly and helpful especially the maintenance person who was very helpful when we had any problems. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend this resort.

We chose to experience a stay at the Sunset Resort and we were certainly not disappointed. We just wish we had jumped ship sooner.

We were glad that Nexthome Beach Time Realty was on site to take care of problems when they came up. The staff were very friendly, courteous and helpful providing good customer service. The unit 210 was not to our liking. It was in need of updating. It also needed a good cleaning for example the floors were filthy. The blinds were broken and should be replaced. The furniture was uncomfortable. We had to have the washer repaired, the shower drain unclogged, one of the toilets repaired as it was leaking around the bottom. The motor in the refrigerator made a loud noise one night for no apparent reason. All of the issues were taken care of in a timely manner. We enjoyed time spent with the other guests. We booked for next year but in a different suite number 310. We would recommend this property but certainly not suite 210. We learnt how to play pickleball from other guests and are now hooked. We did enjoy our stay but would definitely not recommend suite 210. Also the lock on the door to the balcony was broken and the weather stripping along the bottom of the front door needs replacing.
