️BEACHSIDE ️ 2/2 Condo In The Heartbeat of SPI!!

Good location! Just outdated

There was trash and beer cans all over the parking lot from Friday until we left on Sunday. Also, not enough parking spots for us to use.

Location was good. Condition of condo was acceptible. However, The refusal to accept a Federal Certified Service Animal is disrespectiful and dissapointing!! If I would have had more time to book another, more respectful location, I would have! Very dissapointing that this property does not support our Military and First Responders who require their Service Dogs!! I have reported the property's refusal and also provided them with a copy of the email communication with the property. I have also posted the refusal on the official service animals communication social media pages! It was very disheartning to see other families throughout the complex enjoying their vacation with their pets!!

The Property is well maintained and clean. It's very near to the beach and shopping centers and restaurants. The host of the property is very nice and helps us if needed . Would highly recommend this property and will definitely rent this again if we come back to South Padre Island.

Clean space and location to the beach is great!

balcony was not usable. furniture on balcony very poor shape no soap no dishsoap toaster did not work coffee maker old and no sample of coffee or filtersnot enough towelsbeach aways for older folksstairs very steep one pool no chairs to sit outsideor in the condo. Only 2 large sofaswe checked out sunday disappointed

Clean rooms and very close to the beach. The host was very fast in responding to my messages and communicating

Great condo. Location was less than 5 min walk to beach as well as a short walk/drive to restaurants. Comfortable beds. Very clean condo. Had a closet with beach gear: canopy, three folding chairs, and sand toys. Had an oscillating stick fan in one bedroom that was broken but I was able to prop it up to use it. A fan is a Big plus for me. Kitchen nicely stocked, linens were good. Didn’t use the pool but it looked nice. Not a great view from front or back but that wasn’t important to me. Host was very responsive! Would stay again!

Been here 2nd year in a row. Great place with excellent location near all the great restaurants and shops. Super close to beach entrance.

Everything from the check in, to the location was just amazing.

Great location! Easy check-in and out. Spacious renovated condo with nice quartz countertops. Large and comfortable beds, new furniture and large balcony. Overall very nice stay! Living room rug and bathroom towels needed deep clean.

Loved how close it was to most restaurants and attractions/beach.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. Would come back again. Everything appeared clean and neat.

We were so happy with the location of this condo - easy walk to an awesome beach entrance and turn the other way down thestreet for yummy food options. Had everything we needed, and the host was super responsive when i reached out to them. Saving the listing to return again!

This was the perfect condo for our vacation. Right across the street from the beach. 2 minute walk to all the entertainment and restaurants. C.J was quick to respond to all communication. I would definitely stay here again.

The condo was as described. Easy walk to beach or the Bay.....Easy to get to dining places too. I do wish the master shower was a little warmer, but I would definitely book it again

Very nice parking was difficult at times people saving spots with bikes master shower did not get hot over all very happy

Our family of 5 had a fantastic stay at CJ's condo. We went to the beach everyday. The condo is located super centrally and has everything we needed. CJ was very responsive and always helpful and kind. Highly recommend!!!

We loved this property. The location was perfect and we could walk to most things. The property was clean and had everything we needed. Would recommend this to others.

Great stay. We appreciated the easy access to the beach. The condo was comfortably furnished and had all that you need. Host was responsive and accommodating.

Condo was clean, quiet, comfortable and nicely decorated. Our host C.J. was great he responded to our needs quickly and was very patient and pleasant involving a minor issue which he completely resolved. The kitchen stocked with nice dishes and appeared to have everything we needed to prepare meals. Bathrooms had nice and plentiful towels. Appreciated the easy up and boogie boards (kids loved) that were provided for ultimate beach experience. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this condo to family and friends.

Very comfortable condo in a prime location near restaurants and just a short walk to the beach. We really enjoyed our weekend!

Overall, the property was accurate to the listing, and truly in the heart of the island. Lots of places to walk to including the beach. The door lock is starting to go, I think because we had a bit of trouble with it sometimes but other than that, no complaints. Thank you for the great stay!
