Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a lovely stay in November. I would recommend this property. RVA provided good customer service. Clean and over all well-maintained (a rickety table in the living room & a loose towel rail in guest bathroom) There are now 2 vacuums in the apartment . Unfortunately the club house & pool was closed for the whole of our stay.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A great location and a nice unit to base ourselves on the Gulf Coast of Florida. The photos online do not show the unit in its best light as there are new windows and sliding external doors throughout. Also the cooker in the kitchen is a more modern version than displayed on RVA's website. The unit itself while comfortable is at the stage where some modernisation may benefit future rental opportunities but that is purely our personal opinion.
