Had a fantastic vacation! This condo is a home away from home. It was clean, beautifully decorated and had all the amenities you'd want. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds very comfortable. I especially liked that the bedrooms were upstairs separated from the general living area. It made the condo feel larger. Plus each bedroom had its own bathroom which I appreciated. The beach and boardwalk were practically right outside the door. The owners are very friendly. When we had a slight issue with vrbo while initially reserving the property, Bob called us immediately and the issue was resolved. Would highly recommend this property!!

Cute, clean, comfortable, and close to the beach. Owners were responsive and provided even we needed to make our stay enjoyable. You couldn't ask for anything more!

This was such a great spot for our beach vacation! Bob was lovely right from booking and gave great details/information about the house prior to our stay. The house was clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated and perfect for our family of 4. The location was great - so close to the beach and a nice short walk to the start of the boardwalk. We do have two kids under 3 so the outdoor staircase was a small challenge but honestly not impossible and the view made it worth it. We will absolutely be back for hopefully many future family trips!

We had a wonderful girls weekend at this condo. The owner, Bob, was extremely responsive. He provided a comprehensive document with helpful information. He checked in with me during our stay to make sure all was good. The condo itself was extremely clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated, and the location was perfect. We really enjoyed the close proximity to the boardwalk/ocean. Thank you, Bob, for a wonderful stay!

This property was very conveniently located to the boardwalk yet in a very quiet neighborhood. It was spacious and well-maintained.

We had a great week! The location is fantastic, quiet, clean, and with beautiful views of the ocean. We were close enough to the boardwalk to enjoy when we chose, but just far enough to be away from the noise for peaceful evenings. Bob was very helpful and friendly with our questions. Thanks!

After a few weeks of thought, I’ve decided to leave this review. Mostly due to the conversation I had with the owner. This unit was absolute filth. I have pictures and I wish I could share. The beds are covered with linen bed liners. All three beds were overrun with hair. Under the beds look like they’ve never been clean, all sorts of debris. There was white animal hair all over downstairs. The owner told me after the fact that they have a Corgi. This was troubling as the listing says no pets. For someone with allergies you’d think no pets means no pets. The master shower also had hair all over. The baseboard, floor heater, shower. The shower liner had MOLD! The shower knob had mold! This is a million dollar condo?! I couldn’t believe it. The top of the shower tile was lined with grime, hair, dirt. We had a dead bug on a window ledge. When we left, we moved the ottoman to check for things left behind, found more dog hair and dog food! The master vanity was coated thick with dust. The chain on the stairway light coated with dust. I opened the AC filter cover, that filter hasn’t been changed for at minimum a year.I brought these things to the owner’s attention immediately. He sarcastically offered me a refund. He made excuses like “he lives in PA”. Told me if I had booked with him I could have saved 1K from VRBO & OCNJ fees when I told him how much we spent and expected better. I found myself apologizing, not sure if he would throw me out for complaining. Left me speechless.

Close to both the beach and boardwalk. Off street parking was a huge plus. Communication with owners was great. Highly recommended.
