Stayed Jun 19, 2026The condo itself was everything I expected a beach front condo to be. My biggest problem was communication with the leaser (RealJoy). Their communication is horrible. There is a 40 parking fee per vehicle, that isn't listed anywhere in the listing. Not really a lot of money but when you are paying over a thousand dollars in fees, it seems like this is a necessity that is excessive. The door code is sent to you via a portal that was not mobile friendly (iPhone 16), if I didn't have my work computer, I don't know when we would have gotten in the room as there was no one on site but security. The plumbing in the guest bathroom was so bad the toilet was unusable. Each one of these issues we called RealJoy and got nowhere other than a we will have someone call you back. No one ever called. I would give the condo and its location 5 stars, the service 1 star, and the overall rating a 3 star. For the money we spent I will most definitely choose a different condo next time. I have stayed all over PCB and this was by far my worst experience.

Stayed Apr 25, 2026Had an amazing week at The Majestic This unit was just as pictured Had everything needed to make it home away from home Did not have a keurig That’s not an excuse for a bad reviewOtherwise the kitchen was very well stocked with everything you need for meals and snacks The dishwasher was extremely quiet while running The view out the balcony is priceless The beds were extremely comfortable Never spoke with an owner it was a overseer company that I dealt with On the one and only other review the guest mentioned not being able to get into the unit with the code that they were given We drove straight thur from Indiana and had the same issue and having to call the number that was given for any issues was not fun He tried for a half hour trying to figure out a code that would get us in Other than that I have no complaints Be prepared that when you get a cart to unload that you have to give the overseer of the Majestic’s carts which are kept under lock and key and you have to give them your drivers license to keep till you return the cart We were leaving at 6 in the morning and guess what, there was no one on duty to get a cart It was pouring rain the evening before which is usually when I load my car But all in all we did have an amazing week I’m sure anyone will enjoy their stay there

Stayed Mar 27, 2026Very nice condo, loved how spacious and comfortable it was for all 5 of us, beautiful view from the balcony and the resort was great. Pools were cold as to be expected in the beginning of April, however the hot tub was amazing. Will definitely be coming back!

Stayed Apr 4, 2026The room was as advertised. Very nice resort. Small minor problem with the bathroom and fire alarm battery that was taken care of immediately. Security on the resort was great! Felt safe and appreciated that for sure. Beds were comfortable, they had extra fans in the rooms. Little kitchennette/bar area that had ice maker which was very useful. Pools were great! The heated inside pool was nice for colder days. Loved the h20 bar and grill. The majestic market had starbucks and a bloody mary bar which was nice. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Stayed Mar 15, 2025Beautiful condo! However, our host never gave us the door lock code. We called the number with no answer. We traveled two days from Michigan just to sit at the door with no door code issued to us after check-in time. Luckily there was a nice women in the HOA office that took care of us and assigned a door code for us. So I would probably book again.
