The owner was very easy to communicate with. She made everything very easy to understand, she was very nice and professional! The condo was in great condition! The whole experience was amazing and we will definitely consider staying there again! Highly recommend!!

My family had a great week in PCB! The condo was very clean and exactly as listed. The beach view was amazing! The reserved parking spot was definitely a bonus. Lib was great to work with and was always quick to respond to any questions we had. We can’t wait to go back!

The place was immaculate and the view! I cried leaving this place. It’s beautiful and I will definitely be returning. The host was amazing and answered any correspondence promptly. I highly recommend!

The deck is nice and big and the view of the Gulf is spectacular. The owner is wonderful and so nice to communicate with. The beds are comfortable and the entire condo is cozy. All the staff are friendly and helpful. The beach one of the best. We will be back next year

Loved the balcony, very nice size - not crowded like many places. Lovely view overlooking the beach.The condo was well stocked and I don't believe we lacked for anything.Pool and beach areas were nice when weather permitted. It was a very breezy and somewhat rainy week but we made the best of it every day )Other than an occasioal siren going by, the condo was very quiet and peaceful and being an end unit, we were never bothered by anyone running by making noise.Our host was excellent with communications and kept us updated the perfect amount. We were even able to check in early, which is nice )Will definitely consider staying here in the future!

This is a great condo.! The balcony is wonderful! The condo was bright and cheery! Our host wast terrific with communication, and we booked with only 6 days prior to our trip! I definitely would return to this condo!

We absolutely loved everything about this condo! Gorgeous and clean! Decorated beautifully and had everything we needed for a comfy stay! The views were beautiful and the oversized deck was amazing! Great complex overall, easy to park and beach access was convenient. Would definitely stay here again! Owner was very responsive and helpful.

If you are looking for the perfect condo to stay at PCB BOOK now!! This condo is absolutely beautiful, clean and in the perfect location!! We have stayed at Emerald Isle in the past and lived the location. Lib was great with communicating with us as there was a major water break on the west side and she emailed us immediately to let us know and they came around to let us know of it as well. The 13th floor was perfect for just sitting out on the balcony.

The condo was very nice. Communication with owner was the best we have experienced. We had zero issues and were able to relax and enjoy the the beach. I would highly recommend this condo.

We had such a great stay at this condo and the Carse’s were very accommodating and very helpful!! We can’t say enough about the cleanliness of the place, the ease of checking in, the accessibility and just overall pleasant stay! We will make this a permanent vacation going forward!!!

The two bedroom, two bath condo was comfortable, convenient, and well-outfitted with all the items needed to make it like home. With the other things we brought to round it out we were able to make breakfast and lunch to really relax at the property. Dinners out were awesome. We wish the weather had been more cooperative but that is always an unknown. The couple of sunny days without wind were amazing, especially with beach chairs and umbrella provided. Thanks to the owners for such a great condo to share.
