Everything was as advertised. Direct view for sunsets and short walk to beach. Questions were responded to quickly. Unit was very well equipped. We were able to walk to some of our favorite restaurants. Would stay again.

It was everything they said it would be. You can't beat the view. We will book again.

The condo is in a perfect location on the beach, walking distance to restaurants.Clean well equiped with everything. With that said.. there were a couple issues, i was not happy with..and were not disclosed up front..the master bathroom pocket door is off it's track, and no way to fix as the door itself is wider than the doorway.. maybe cut in half and put bifold doors in.. absolutely no privacy there..and the biggest thing to me was neither sliding glass doors on patio or bedroom lock what so ever..and not able to secure them anyway with a bar or rod, as they are installed in reverse of most sliding doors..we were on the 1st floor, which is over the parking gararage. Up 1 flight of stairs. But if someone really wants to get in, it wouldn't take much, by standing on the pool fence below.. i do hope these things get resolved. It's a lovely place beside these issues.. when speaking to the people at itrip.. i was told the owner is going to replace doors eventually. But did not want to repair them while we were there, because they just keep breaking.. not the solution i hoped for..not sure why this company has become involved with VRBO?But i they definitely lack problem solving skills.

We had a fantastic stay for the third year in a row In this unit. My adult children gave me a photo shoot for my birthday and it was taken one of the evenings we were there with 28 family members, on the beach and in the green space by the parking garage. Great place to stay. I love the unit that we're in and hope we come back next year.

Easy access to the beach, we used the balcony a lot during our downtime. This was our second time staying the same room nice that their was beach chairs and umbrellas left behind for us to use!

A great location right on the beach with a view of the water. The condo is spacious with many luxuries. The kitchen was well furnished with cookware & utensils. The living room was large with comfortable furniture. Both bedrooms were large with lots of closet space. A great location to spend a few days or a week!

Had a great week on the beach. The condo was great as usual and we had perfect weather. The issues we did have were promptly addressed by the staff. The mattress in the master could be a bit softer but otherwise everything was great!

103 Hamilton was a very nice place to stay. You absolutely did not need anything to cook in the kitchen. Everything was very clean. There was enough room for all to sit to eat and to just relax. The deck furniture was perfect. That’s where spent a lot of time. It had plenty of chairs and rafts ect for the beach. It would of been nice if the pool had a chiller in the summer it would be nice.

Great property. We love this area and it’s perfectly situated. We always choose to stay here, if it is available during our vacation dates.

Great condo and location. Easy access to beach and condo includes plenty of beach gear. Lots of restaurants nearby and very nice neighborhood. Only issue we had was cleanliness of the unit. Condo had not been cleaned properly and bedsheets required washing before use.

the rental was nice. the neighbors were smoking the entire trip which made it difficult to enjoy the balcony with my infant but other than that nice location by the beach.

This condo is located in an excellent area IRB. Close to fantastic restaurants and beach. Access to the beach was excellent. View from the condo to the beach/sunset was nice. The building is very secure with multiple security codes for building and pool entry. We had a very nice week at This condo.

Loved the location. Place is very clean except the air conditioning vents had mold on them. I would recommend that they are cleaned soon. 1 Bathroom smaller then expected but otherwise the place was very nice and the location is fantastic. I would come back and rent again.

I highly recommend this condo! I love the keyless entry, we left the airport and went straight to our condo.. no stopping to get keys. When we opened the door we could smell the cleanliness.. we literally knew the condo was freshly cleaned by the smell when we walked in which was the best experience. The condo is equipped with everything that’s needed to have the perfect vacation. I loved sitting on the balcony, the view of the ocean is spectacular and it had the most comfortable outdoor furniture. We have been vacationing in this little area every year for 20 years now and my family agreed this condo will definitely be our go to from now on.

We love Hamilton House and Indian Rocks Beach. It’s our absolute favorite place to vacation. We went there almost 20 years ago when we started dating. This visit was our 15yr wedding anniversary, and we enjoyed every moment of it. Thank you for sharing your condo with us! We cannot wait to return!!

We just left Indian Rocks and this is one of the best vacations yet. Any issues we had (which was only one) was taken care of quickly. The manager called back within minutes. Clean, great location, and comfortable condo. It had everything we needed. Will definitely stay again.
