Beachfront well stocked 1 bedroom sea cabin w/ beach view, pier, community pool.

Beautiful home right on the water, extremely accessible to the shops and restaurants. Bunkbeds looked small, but we’re plenty big enough for 214-year-old girls.

Very well maintained. Professional, courteous, owner supplied the sea cabin with all the necessities. We will definitely return hopefully to the same one!

The host is wonderful. The condo was fully stocked, kitchen was very helpful. Furniture was comfy.

Could use some upgrades the bathroom faucets need replaced. The funiture not very wide to sit maybe upgrade to bigger furniture and more chairs to sit in. Just upgrade it no where to put our luggage other than that we loved to town and you can walk to places to eat and shop. And very Close to beach also maybe better cleaning under funiture I would return

This unit was perfect. The decor was comfortable, beachy & very clean. It was fully stocked with extra shampoo, conditioner, body wash, cleaners, blankets, sheets & towels if needed. We definitely would come back !!

Space is very tight but location was incredible and we didn’t rent to be inside! Host was fantastic and easy to work with. Plenty of extra linens and towels.

We had a lovely time. Parking was so convenient and access to the beach and pier was great.

This place was great! Very homey and cozy spot right on the beach within walking distance. It’s only a half hour outside of Charleston so it’s super convenient to go into the city as well. Robert was a great host and provided everything we needed for our stay and then some. The condo itself was very clean and well-stocked with cooking supplies, sheets, toiletries, and even had a BRITA water filter in the fridge which was a pleasant surprise. Overall 10/10 and would stay again!

Everything was perfect about our stay, and the location was excellent for the purposes of our visit. We were especially grateful for the small touches like snacks and beverages. We would be happy to stay here again in the future.

I would possibly stay at this unit again however the bathroom mirror and light fixture need to be dusted. There was no ironing board that I saw which each unit needs to have. I also recommend update/repair to the kitchen cabinets doors. Lastly and most importantly, the couch is extremely uncomfortable. It was not enjoyable to relax after a long working day. Please consider replacing it as this is a huge attractive point to a location; especially when the unit is relatively small to live in.

We really enjoyed our stay. The accommodations were great. The room was clean and comfortable. The beach was very easy to access and it was only 20 minutes to downtown Charleston. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful condo and great location.

The room was well stocked and the view was great. No complaints. So glad the hurricane moved out to sea and the weather was excellent.

The location was perfect! Steps away from the pool and beach, and an easy walk to great restaurants and bars in downtown IOP. The property was as described but needs some updating. The futon/couch in the living room was very uncomfortable, and there was minimal place to store luggage and groceries, even with only two of us in the space. The controls for the shower were out of alignment which made regulating the temperature tricky, and the tub drained extremely slowly. We had a great time during our week at IOP, but I'm not sure we would stay in these condos again.

My family had a great time! It worked for us even though a little tight for 5 folk but enjoyed it. My wife first impression was how clean it was inside! She is a tough one to impress so big cudos to management and staff! Few things that could update it would be a bigger recliner for the living room and more comfortable sleeper sopha. It was furnished well with linens, towels, and etc..We would stay again.

Older property but clean. Tv setup was different with bedroom tv a real challenge.

This is our 4th year staying in this cabin and looking forward to our 5th year next year. The cabin is very clean with a great view of the ocean. Evey year there has been a bottle of wine and chocolates there. Highly recommend!

Excellent location of the property to beach, restaurants and bars. Grocery store was just a short car ride. Unit and appliances were very clean.

The check-in process was so smooth and easy. The unit is perfect for a single family. Excellent location to the pool, beach, and fishing pier. The only thing we noticed that wasn’t clean was the drawers that contained kitchen utensils. There was lots of old food particles in the drawers and on the utensils. Everything else was perfect! Would recommend this place to anyone wanting a great place to stay on the beach. Also very close to shopping and restaurants, which was very convenient.

Personally, this rental is not worth the price. Upon entering the unit it has a very old, musty smell. The doors, cabinets, flooring, and stove/oven were very outdated. Everything worked fine however, I had higher expectations for the price we paid for the unit. The pool had broken chairs. Initially there was enough parking however, throughout the week parking became slim to none and a guard had to help create a parking space and ensure I wouldn’t be towed. It was very inconvenient but the guard was very friendly and assisted. The steps leading up to the units smelled of urine. The unit’s location was great! We were within walking distance to every restaurant, grocery store, etc. The unit was well stocked, more so than any other rental we’ve stayed in. Overall, my kids complained of the smell and the built in bunks were very uncomfortable.

I was concerned about the size going into our trip. It is small, but the location is worth compromising the space. We loved it and would definitely go back!

Management company was very communicative and prompt. The unit was a part of a very clean and quiet community. Beach, pier and pool access were easy. Location was fantastic for a walkable vacation. Will definitely book again.

Smaller than we expected but well appointed with everything we needed. Older unit but has been redecorated with cute coastal decor. Owner provided wine and chocolates as a welcome! Could see and hear ocean from balcony and walk to restaurants. Son enjoyed fishing from pier.

Had amazing stay. The view and 1 min walk to the ocean was great. The house was fully stocked. The bottle of wine and chocolate was great. Thank you we enjoyed our Spring break.

Have been coming to Sea Cabins for 20+ years, first trip was pre-completion of the Connector. Love the property upkeep and decoration within each unit. Can't beat the location - re both ocean and local dining/shopping spots as well as easy access to Charleston. Planning on returning in the future...
