Overall, the stay was very nice. It was a great location on the beach with beautiful beach views from the room. We had a few bumps checking in. There were no parking passes or wristbands left for us in the room and they delivered them later the next morning. When we arrived the door was unlocked (later we realized it is because the door lock does not align with the frame). Some of the codes provided for our stay did not work and we had to ask the front desk for updated codes. We also had elderly parents staying in another unit who were overwhelmed with so many codes for all the different doors (lobby, beach access, pool access,door codes etc) and then more frustrated when the codes changed halfway through their stay. The check out was also very early at 9AM and I found being asked to pay more for a later checkout to be very cheeky considering we paid over 2000 for our stay. The property itself is lovely, but overall we would likely not stay here again.

Overall not a bad condo but the balcony furniture is awful couldn’t sit and enjoy the balcony as much as we wished and for being on the beach there was literally no where to hang thing towels both bath and beach or beach bags beach chair etc

My bed had bedbugs, it was dirty and the condo smelled like cigarettes

This property is supposed to be a smoke free building. Every single day, all day long there were people smoking cigarettes or pot on their balcony. The smoke always gathered in out balcony and made it hard for us to enjoy it. My son has asthma and my boyfriend is allergic to cigarette/Marijuana smoke and they both have severe reactions if it is inhaled. One of the main reasons I chose this condo is because it was supposed to be smoke free. Someone might want to do an inspection on this condo as there is and outlet that is exposed in the dinning room area. I am sure that is not up to code. For the most part the condo and location was great but if you don't enjoy 2nd hand smoke I would suggest that you do some research to be sure you won't be inconvenienced by someones inconsideration with their cigarette/pot smoking! I will choose to pick another condo to try to avoid this the next time.

Very clean, amazing views from every window !

We had the best vacation. Our location was perfect, just a few steps and we were on the beach and it wasn't crowded. We were close to everything Orange Beach, Gulf Shores, and Florabama restaurant were all just minutes away. Shops and restaurants with great food are just right across the street. We will definitely come back.

Weather was great and the complex is very nice! The people are very friendly and I will return again soon. However it would be helpful to all guests if the entrance to the lobby was repaired. Everyone had constant problems with the code for the lobby door!!!!

Easy check in. Clean & well equipped. The kitchen was well- stocked & appliances easy to use. The living room was comfortable even though the glass top coffee & dining table were rather oversized. The 2nd bath was wonderful - large tile shower with 2 joined shower heads & plenty of space for toiletries on niches & window ledge. Double doors (one to living area, one to 2nd bedroom) made it convenient. Twin beds & room to move made the 2nd bedroom great for our grandkids. The master bedroom was large but the view was everything! Straight out to the surf & sand. Being on the 10th floor provided a lot of privacy. There was a large closet and double sinks in the dressing area. The master shower was somewhat disappointing as it was a seemingly smaller tub /shower crammed next to the toilet in a tiny water closet-type room. The balcony view was fabulous!!! It was still rather warm on the beach & the kids enjoyed the very clean large indoor pool. Condo front desk & management staff were very helpful. We had a good time and would stay there again if in the area.
