Located above the pristine shores of Keawakapu Beach, this impeccably furnished home will provide comfort, luxury, and plenty of room to spread out while you explore and enjoy all that Maui has to offer. The spacious covered lanai with a dining table allows for relaxing evenings while you kick back and enjoy the views. Relax poolside or take a Jacuzzi after the sun sets and take in the beauty of the brilliant Maui skies.

The Wailea Golf Course and Tennis Clubs are just minutes away. Within walking distance are some of the World's Top Beaches as rated by Conde Nast International. If shopping is your pleasure, the elegant Shops of Wailea are situated a stone's throw away. For the adventurous type, you will find amazing snorkeling spots within a very short drive.

Please note that Palms at Wailea no longer allows private grills. There will not be a grill for you to use on the lanai of this condo.

    The condo was great, it felt like we were staying in a friends home that was well taken care of and there were many memories. It was spotless and had everything we needed to cook, go to the beach and the larger property is well maintained. As a family we got into a great routine of going to the beach, coming back using the pool and watching the sunset. The location is perfect. Easy access to beaches, restaurants and anything you need.     We had a great stay at this condo—it's clean, well-stocked, and within walking distance to the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook all of our meals (pots/ pans, utencils, dishes). They also provided beach towels and chairs provided. Just a heads-up: there wasn’t a beach umbrella, so we purchased one at Costco and left it at the unit for future guests—hopefully it’s still there when you visit! If you're planning to boogie board, you'll need to bring or buy your own (Costco had some for 49.99 during our stay).When we arrived late Friday night, the air conditioning wasn’t working, but I reached out to Coldwell and they had someone come out the very next day (Saturday) to fix it. I really appreciated their prompt response and quick repair.The only downside was the road noise. Since the condo faces the beach, it also faces the road, and the traffic noise was noticeable—especially at night. It wasn’t a deal breaker for us, but if you’re a light sleeper, I’d recommend bringing a sound machine.My husband and I stayed here with our four children and loved being able to cook and eat meals out on the patio every day. Having a washer and dryer in-unit made things even easier—we were able to pack light and bring only carry-ons for our weeklong trip.Overall, a wonderful place to stay for a beach vacation with kids!

    We've been going to Maui for 35 years. This was one of the best places we have ever stayed at. Excellent for family and friends to get together and just hang out. This place had everything you need. We will definitely try to stay here again

    I thought I read it had access to grand wailea, but it does not. No bbq on patio…new Maui law. Photo should be updated. Wi-Fi slow. No shaded area around the pool. Water was shallow and warm.

    Yes, this is our third time coming back to this unit. The owners do take amazing care of this unit. We absolutely love 1704 and works perfect for our family. We do cook a few dinners every trip and this kitchen is complete with everything you would need to cook a gourmet meal. We loved eating breakfast and having coffee on the balcony before our day starts.Plenty of parking, safe environment And an amazing swimming pool. Only downfall is the assigned parking spot for the unit is tight and right up against the curb but we just used the guest parking spot and no issues. Nothing is going to be 100% perfect but this is pretty close.
