Everything went great

The apartment's location is excellent, the view stunning, very well equipped with kitchen utensils. Need some kitchen towels, the bathrooms have some mold starting.

Everything was fine with a couple of exceptions. There were no grab bars in the show. Very dangerous for older folks. Also, the bathroom door would only partially open before it got stuck on the floor. In addition we would have liked to have had a single serve coffee maker. When we made coffee we had to make more than we wanted and toss the unused.

Ocean view was amazing from our balcony. Unit was clean, could use some updating, ice maker did not work, only had one ice tray to refill. Beds were comfortable, plenty of pillows and blankets. We had an elevator issue, received a call back shortly after I left a message. We loved the location, plenty of places in walking distance, close pickleball courts.

The unit was clean and communication regarding arrival was great!

we had the best experience with our rental. The directions were so clear and easy to follow. Our unite was so clean and inviting. we had the best view of the sunset. we will see you again next year.

This condo was great! Very clean and comfortable! Only a few steps to pool and beach! Everything was very accessible. Also a convenient location to local attractions; Johns Pass, Clearwater & St Pete Pier. We had a great time and will be back to Hamilton House!

Beautiful view and sunset. Condo is in a small complex so not overwhelmed by tons of people.

The unit was wonderful. It had all the amenities needed to have a comfortable stay. The security of the property was fantastic i.e. codes needed to access the stairwell, the elevators, the pool and keyless entry to the unit. My only suggestion would be to offer additional bath towels and wash cloths.

Condo was nice and spacious. Ice maker didn’t work lint trap in dryer was so full it pushed out of the slot

The property was as advertised with a beautiful view. Conveniently located to many places within waling distance.

Everything you need to kick back and relax! The view is beautiful, the bed very comfortable, and adequately furnished. Close to restaurants and I highly recommend this location!

This was a great trip. The apartment is nice. the balcony has a wonderful view and also above the pool which is nice if you have the kids that you want to watch in the pool. There was an umbrella and four beach chairs. We had a nice stay here. Needs a few minor touch-ups but no issues except for the elevator is loud if you're sleeping in the second bedroom. There are plenty of bath towels but only two washcloths for everyone. They seem to have painted and redecorated a little which looks nice. They're plenty of kitchen utensils Etc.

We loved our stay in Indian Rocks Beach. This condo was spacious, comfortable, well-decorated and the view of the Gulf could not be beat. The condo was well stocked with beach equipment (chairs, toys, boogie boards, etc...) which made our stay even more enjoyable. We enjoyed nights on the patio watching the sunset. Highly recommend this condo and location!

We enjoyed the unit so much. I wish I brought my hair dryer. Unit said it had one it didn’t. Master bedroom sheets wouldn’t stay on the bed. Wish all theTVs was smart TVs. Overall we had a great time. Perfect weather all week.

It was great other than having to move a dumpster out of the assigned outside parking spot. Condo was clean and not a lot of noise outby pool area. I would stay again.

Property needs updated. Multiple appliances not working or barely working. Condo was not clean to my standards. Pool is small. Will not be back

We enjoyed our stay. We had to call the property management for an issue and they were prompt and very helpful. The only thing was the pool a family was very loud and they were in the pool till 10pm. With the doors closed you could hear them and that was frustrating.

All the food from shrimp to ice creme was with a 3 minute walk. Very next location.
