Liked-The owner was nice and responded quickly. Dis liked-the condo that I was supposed to stay in got cancelled by the owner at the absolute last minute. He offered a refund or a move to another unit. At the time I had no choice but to take the move due to timing, nothing else was available and I already had other plans that could not be cancelled at such a short notice. As stated I had to move to another unit and was told I would also have to cut my stay short and check out 1 day early because the new unit was already booked. He did give me a full day refund however I was still inconvenienced by the early departure. I do feel that the situation could have been handled better. He could have allowed me to stay until my original departure and asked if I could be checked out by 0900 and asked the other people to check in at 0500. That would have still given housekeeping a full day to clean, what I left in as food of shape as I found it any way. -The condo was dated and in need of repairs. -the pots and pans were dirty and seemed to be extremely wore out. My opinion, I know it is a rental but seems like the owner should try to maintain the amenities so that people can use them. -The people cleaning should also do a more thorough job. We found a half drank coke can under the queen bed, a dirty sock beside the dresser in the queen room, the furnace filter was dirty and in backwards and there was lint and dryer sheets beside the washer stack

The resort was great! Location is awesome.

We love coming to Panama City and the location of this property is great. It is close to Pier Park and several restaurants. Which makes it convenient when it comes to shopping and going out to eat. The property was clean and staff was friendly, had some issues with the elevators being really slow. They really need to try and make improvements on that. Property manager was nice, the unit/condo, I would say mediocre. When it list that you had two chairs and umbrella with the rental I did not think it would be a regular beach chair and umbrella that was falling apart. If so I would have brought my own. The condo could use some updating. The dryer, couch and mattresses all need to be replaced for sure. I would stay here again I just don’t think I would rent from the same person.

Beautiful place

The place was very clean and the views were spectacular! The kids and I had a great time and it was a perfect 10! My daughter even rated it a 10 and that’s not like her. Close by to all the shopping and restaurants.

Our stay here was wonderful. The place was roomy and clean. The only problem was the elevators per usual but that is normal at Tidewater! Would definitely recommend using Anthony and Tang.

We didn’t have access to wifi last night some water and power went off people stuck in elevator couldn't visit family we came with who stayed on the 23rd floor.

The condo is spacious and clean upon arrival, however the refrigerator filtered water and ice maker was not working. There were also a couple of shelves in the door missing, made trying to store food/drinks difficult. The bedroom mattresses were comfortable, but the bunk bed mattresses need to be replaced. The elevator service is terrible, thankfully we were on the 4th floor. We love PCB, but will not be coming back to Tidewater.

Overall the property was nice and we had a pleasant stay.

The condo was very spacious and clean. The communication was excellent. We had originally booked another condo which not fo3ing to work for us. It was nasty. I booked this condo and was able to get in right away. The AC went out one night and i called and they were there ro fix it within 30 minutes

The condo was as advertised and being on the 4th floor was great! It was very clean and Anthony was great with communication before, during, & after the trip. We will definitely book here again.
