Property was awesome condo was nice clean comfortable but very small. Only thing I felt wasn’t good is no room for clothes need a dresser in the bedroom other than that - amazing

The unit itself was nice overall. It was clean, fairly updated, and had plenty of clean linens. There is an ac unit on the porch that really needs to go-it kind of interferes with the patio's beautiful view. The Sundestin property as a whole was not my favorite. It's a great location, but the elevators and hall to our room from the elevator were pretty dark and rundown. However, maybe that is something they are working on as far as the renovations. The pools seemed pretty dirty with films and frothy suds in the corners. I thought they recently renovated the pools, but it didn't really seem like it. Overall, I still very much enjoyed my time. There is a cute little bar to get drinks and such, as well as, a little shop in the lobby which proved to be very convenient. Our unit itself was pleasant and the overall vibe of the Sundestin resort is relaxed and friendly.

Clean, well maintained beachfront condo. Reasonably priced. Great location.

This is a very nice unit for couple or small family. Only thing that was a concern was the air conditioner on the balcony. It took up space and was noisy. The small high top table on balcony was very hard and uncomfortable to sit and enjoy the beautiful ocean! But other than that we truly enjoyed! Thank you

We were very happy with our room. Ocean was beautiful, beach was so clean. We loved the close proximity to the ocean. The building is under some construction but didn't pose us any issues. It will look very nice when completed. The room was great. Should note you can't use umbrellas on the beach but you can rent one with two chair for . We brought an umbrella not knowing this. You can walk down the beach a very short distance to use the umbrella. Laundry on our level was super convenient.

Everything was wonderful. There were a few dirty sheets left but we contacted Lisa and she took care of everything wonderfully!

The condo was under massive construction. It was difficult getting to places in the condo due to construction. The pool was closed part of the stay, we had to go around the entire building to get to the hot tub, and often the hot tub was filled with young college students above the 11 max occupancy. I would ask for more transparency on the extent of construction.

Condo was just as described and pictured! Everything we expected. The construction wasn't bothersome at all. It'll be great when it's all done! The beach service from LA Dolce Vita was amazing. We can't wait to visit again!

It was wonderful staying there very clean very friendly. Beach was fantastic other than the construction, which is not the property’s fault.

Check in process was quick and easy, room was clean, kitchen was stocked with all necessary utensils and all appliances worked. The hallway bunk beds and pull out couch were perfect for our 3 kids. Reliable WiFi. Pin pad to unlock room door instead of keeping track of a key card was a major benefit! Property manager was quick to respond and easy to get ahold of.

Parking not great over flow was across the high way in a dark parking lot, no lighting. no washer and dryer in condo and you have to pay totowels you have to pay to wash 5 a load. A lot of construction. Hot tub not hot. Ac unit in the balcony that was load and took up 1/3 of the balcony and was loud.

Great little condo with excellent views! Somehow we didn’t realize it had a half bath too, so that was a big plus!Had some initial issues with smoke detector, TV and A/C not working, but they were very quick to handle everything. I suggest NOT checking in right at 4:00pm as the lobby was packed with other families doing the same thing. Once we got up to the counter the check-in process was very smooth.

No issues at all! Great place to stay and great scenery!

Best oceanfront view. Saw sunrise and sunset from the balcony. Dolphins 3 of 6 days! Beautiful clean white beach, Emerald water and nice waves!
