Beachfront Views from Private Balcony. Great Location. Heated Pool and Hot Tub.

Loved the sunset view from the deck and proximity to beach.

The quality of this property was not anywhere near the price paid! The only positive of this condo is the view of the Gulf! Otherwise, the actual condo has more negatives than positives! It is a very outdated and run down unit that is poorly stocked and definitely not worth the money. From mold in the bathrooms to holes in the walls, stained sofa, lamp shade, sheets and much more that we itemized to the management company , we had to go out to purchase items that normally are provided (such as a mop, knives that cut, baking sheet, decent untrusted beach chairs, etc.)We reached out to the iTrip Management team from the beginning of our stay and although they addressed one or two issues of a very long list, they failed to follow through on the rest as well as obviously never addressed these issues as they said they would with the owners. The owners truly need to update this property to make it worth the price they are asking. It certainly was not as presented on the website! We have rented through VRBO for well over 10 years and have never had such a disappointing experience!

Property was clean and well appointed as described. The ocean view was beautiful. The only negative of this unit would be the location above the pool. Noise coming from the pool is bothersome if you're just trying to enjoy quiet time or read on the spacious balcony. course that also depends

Great location! The place was very clean and had all the necessary items!! Boat was extremely responsive and helpful throughout stay! Will return!

Great balcony and space. Location is awesome. Pool was warm and hot tub hot. Beach is a short walk. Kitchen has everything we needed. Laundry was clutch w the kids. It was clean enough but rough around the edges. Floors could have used an area rug or more thorough cleaning as our baby was unable to crawl on it or feet and hands turned black. I swept daily but there was no mop. Pack n play was included which was nice!

The location is nice. The condo needs an update. The beds are very old and the unit was not cleaned. It could use fresh coat of light paint and updated beds. For this price your would expect it to be a bit better. I did see furniture was old but was disappointed.

Was a wonderful stay with direct access to beach, local restaurants, and shops. Great area to visit!

Stay was fantastic. Great location. A couple of small items, kitchen table leg was loose from table and at check in I didn’t know which of the wall of boxes contained our key. Turned out to be A???
