Beautiful condo with a breathtaking view

We had a great vacation. The condo was very well equipped. It is located a short distance from downtown. The view is stunning. Beach and pool area are steps away. Our host was extremely responsive. We received detailed instructions, also great dining recommendations.

The condo was gorgeous, spotless and stocked with anything you might need. Great spot for checking out all Traverse City has to offer. Beautiful view of the bay and pool.

We absolutely love our time at this condo!! It is close to everything and so peaceful. The pool is also a bonus.

This Grand Traverse County beachfront property is very well maintained with sandy beach front access to Grand Traverse East Bay. There is an in ground pool with a separate hot tub, and access to a gas grill. The owners are wonderful and extremely easy to communicate with and have established very detailed instructions compiled within a notebook for guests to access in the condominium along with operational instructions for how to use the television and switches within the condominium.The amenities are perfect for your vacation, close to shopping, dining and entertainment. There are many local attractions to explore in the area whether it’s renting a jet ski, pontoon boat, hiking or sightseeing the many attractions in Grand Traverse County and the surrounding areas. The condominium is also within short driving distances of many other small quaint towns in the Grand Traverse County to visit. Thank you.

Ok, except no dogs

This condo is just as lovely in person as it is in the pictures. Beautiful, secure and VERY quiet building (which we appreciate quiet). It was a huge plus having luggage carts on-site as we stayed a week and brought plenty, plus an elevator was helpful (this condo is on the 4th floor). We spent a lot of time on the balcony which is perfect for morning coffee and late day cocktails. Ken (the owner) is on the ball and gets back to you pretty much immediately. Instructions for EVERYTHING (including check-in) are detailed and very easy to understand. VERY clean condo (which is everything). High end appliances, very nice TV's, updated bathrooms and comfy beds. I honestly can't think of a complaint. I would book again in a heartbeat.

Our family (including sons ages 15 and 18) enjoyed our week long stay immensely. The entire complex was very well maintained and clean. The view from the balcony was great. Each of us used the TART trail just across the street. There were plenty of good food options nearby and downtown Traverse City was easily accessible. This is a great homebase for exploring or a wonderful location to enjoy the beach, pool, and hot tub.

This is our second time in this condo and we loved it even more than the first. The pool was nice and warm, the beach is clean and the view from the condo is amazing. It is also so close to down town, all the wineries and so much more. We will be back a 3rd time!!

Second time staying at this condo. Ken is in contact frequently to be sure you’ll have a great visit. Easy check in and accommodations are as good as it gets. Can’t beat the location and the views. We’ll be back next year.
