Stayed Mar 26, 2023The view is AMAZING. We spent a lot of time in our room looking out the window at the ocean. I stepped out on the balcony and took beautiful pictures of two sunsets. The weather was nice. I recommend this room to everybody. The 30 stairs didn't bother us. I would definitely come back and stay again and probably will!

Stayed Mar 26, 2025This was a nice place to stay while visiting Lincoln City. My two non negotiables are an ocean view and separate living and sleeping space (since we're travelling with a young kid). This location delivered, and for a very reasonable cost. I would definitely come back.

Stayed Nov 26, 2024Stayed in Condo 301 Billy the Squid. Apt itself was freshly updated. My ocd was perfectly satisfied with the cleanliness and new condition of the interior. The pool and hot tub area's need a regular maintenance schedule instead of bombong everything with heavy chlorine. Couldn't breathe cause of fumes. Uptodate

Stayed Sep 16, 2024The vista off of the patio is the best selling point. Sunsets were always amazing. Condo was clean and comfortable with lots to do within easy driving distance. People we met were friendly and welcoming. Enjoyed our stay!

Stayed Aug 17, 2024We had such a relaxing time and the place was just the right size. The bed in the bedroom (not the Murphy bed, as we didn’t sleep on it) was incredibly comfortable. We slept so well! The stairs gave us a bit of a workout, but we knew that going it. They wouldn’t deter us from renting the space again. The beach was fabulous, accessible and it had lots of agates. We would relax with the door open to the beach and watch and listen to the waves hit the beach. Just lovely!
