Stayed Mar 11, 2026Master shower would not drain, contacted host with no response. The front door was not sealed so it howled at all times. The front bedroom smelled like mildew. Overall, cleanliness was far below average. Our bath linens smelled like a cigarette and we had to wash them before use because the smell was so strong. The bedroom comforters and blankets smelled terrible. I am pretty sure they have not been washed in some time. Phoenix overall was nice and the beach, pools and splash pad were great.

The only negatives I could say are there were no pot holders, no ice machine in the freezer, & the dryer took 4 times to dry a load.

Stayed Apr 10, 2025The property was amazing. Loved the location. Biggest issue was lack of communication. I received, what I’m guessing is, automated emails. I never received an email with information about checking in or the code to access the condo. I messaged and called our direct contact person and never received any responses. I called and finally spoke to someone who didn’t manage my location who was very helpful.

Stayed Mar 28, 2025Worst condo we’ve had booking through VRBO. Guest shower faucet didn’t work. Master bedrooms sheets were visibly dirty. Multiple lights burned out or flickering. Buttons on master TV remote didn’t work. Couch had stains. Messages to property manager through VRBO app were never replied to. Would not recommend.

The pictures and description were spot on!! The room was well maintained and had everything that we needed. Property manager was quick to respond to any and all questions I had before our trip. We will definitely return next summer!

No check-in code anxiety on the drive down, was sent day before arrival. Unit was clean an accurate to photo representation. Grounds were well kept, and all amenities were in working order.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was alright but we probably wont be staying again. The shower curtains have black mold on them, the shower rods are rusted, we could not get the living room sliding door open, we got there and it was a humid 77 degrees in the room.
