Beachfront Serenity: on the South Shore of Puerto Vallarta

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this amazing spot. We had stayed in this area before but not at this particular condo. The place was very large. We had three couples who hadn’t traveled together before and there was plenty of space for us to spread out. The pool was heated, and nice restaurant down stairs. Great beach. We used the equipment provided to paddle board and kayak and boogie board. We paddled out to Los Arcos. Lots of great restaurants close by. Sara and Adrien were very communicative which was helpful. We also took all of their suggestions and ate at some great restaurants. The beds were comfy. The kitchen was well equipped. One really nice touch was the maid service daily and onsite staff that were a great concierge for us. I simply can’t say enough about this place, we’d definitely come back again.

Sara and Adrien are fantastic hosts. A week was not long enough! Definitely want to stay here again.

Casa Tranquila is a very comfortable condo with an unbeatable view. Our hosts, Sara and Adrian, were very helpful. Sara met with us on Zoom prior to our visit to explain a number of things. She responded instantly every time we had a question or concern. We enjoyed a month of beautiful weather listening to the sound of the waves, swimming in the pool, walking on the beach, taking the bus into the Puerto Vallarta, visiting the Botanical Gardens, and dining at the restaurant a few doors down at Girosol Sur. We loved our stay.

Our family had a wonderful time at Casa Tranquila! We enjoyed the beach, the pool, snorkeling, whale watching and the most gorgeous sunsets ever. The host was amazing and was quick in responding to all our questions. There are lots of beach toys and other amenities that make the stay comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you so much Sara and Adrian. We will be back!

Beautiful condo with all needed amenities overlooking a gorgeous beach. The owners were very responsive and promptly addressed all of our questions and needs. They even hired a local concierge service to meet us when we arrived and to assist us during our stay. We will definitely come back.

The condo was just as described and had everything your family could need to enjoy PV. We loved the location, the paddle boards, kayak and snorkel gear. Sara the host was very accommodating and responded quickly for anything needed! Im so happy we stayed here! This place was for sure a 10 all around, we would definitely book here again!

We loved our stay at Casa Tranquila, it was a little slice of heaven on a beautiful stretch of beach. The owner, Sara, was phenomenal to work with, always graciously answering questions throughout our stay and provided an abundance of info on the area and things to do. The condo was very spacious for our family of four. The views from her 8th floor unit were unobstructed and cannot be beat. We watched the sunset almost every evening and it did not disappoint. Paddle boards are provided which we took out a few times. The beach was clean and not crowded, great for families. Even watched a wedding happening on the beach at the resort next door. We will definitely rent this place again as we fell in love with Puerto Vallarta!

Casa Tranquila is one of the most amazing places we have stayed. It was homey, comfortable and offered all of the services you could need while staying at their property. We had all the water toys one could wish for, the location was so convenient to all the activities event to get to Nayarit wasn't bad, we are definitely going to be come a regular guest of this place! Sara was delightful to deal with, I could not have asked for a better experience.

We stayed 10 night in May 2022. We enjoyed the condo and our stay! The condo is on the 8th floor and is exactly as shown in the pictures. The unit has great amenities. All that right kitchen equipment and spices, condiments, etc In the pantry & fridge that you need to cook at home :) The beds are comfortable and the furniture in good condition. We had an issue on our first night with no cold water (toilets would not flush). The owners responded immediately and a maintenance person showed up at 10:30pm to fix.. it was just a valve that was turned off.. so a simple fix.. again the way the owners responded was fantastic! The only concern we had was the all-Inclusive resort next door.. in the evenings (8-11pm) they had outdoor music and it was very loud to the point we could not enjoy the amazing patio in the evenings most nights.. Only suggestion to the owners is to put some blackout curtains or blinds In the corner rear bedroom.. the resorts lights are on all night and it like daytime in there all night.. we did go purchase a eye mask for our daughter and it helped.

Three retired couples just completed four days at this amazing property. Sara was a excellent host and assisted us with travel information and a million other questions. The condo was equipped with everything you could possibly want or need. The property is well maintained and the staff are very friendly and helpful. You will love the balcony and can see schools of fish with the owner provided binoculars. This property will not disappoint!
