Beachfront Seaside 5516, 2/2 Sea South Properties

This was the best condo we have stayed in! Will definitely be booking again.

Property was even better than the pics. It was a perfect place to stay for a long weekend. Extremely clean, well designed and decorated! Right on the beach and in a very nice area.

There was confusion on entering the property grounds early to park our vehicle and go out to use the beach. We specifically asked in advance about arriving at 11am. Guard at property said the info we were given was incorrect and until the actual unit was ready we could not enter since there were no public bathrooms. Upon calling the mngmt they said well when you said early we prob thought you meant like 2 or 3 pm & that maybe the rules had changed because it was spring break. This was a horrible start to a vacation and we had actually asked specifically about 11 am. it was a lie from the guard because this community has an indoor pool with full bathrooms and showers that we completely could have accessed if needed, considering that we got up super early & drove from Atlanta with the specific request approved to be told upon arrival by mngmt oh well, you just have to go find a public beach and then you can move once your unit is ready wasn’t acceptable. We ended up lucky that the unit was clean and they called us and told us we could go back & ended up getting in, but if it had not been ready, we drove all that way super early for no reason at all so please know you cannot access that property until your actual unit has been cleaned. I will say the management was very quick to go over & talk to the guard and check on the unit but again if it hadn’t been ready we would have been screwed….which is ridiculous, I don’t need bathrooms for the beach & you pay to park there!

It was exactly what the listing said. We enjoyed our stay very much! We had awesome views and saw dolphins from our balcony 3 times! We will definitely book again.

We had the best time at sea side resort. Can’t wait to book again!

The Condo was great for our family! We would definitely stay there again, which hasn't been the case for prior properties in the area. Pros: 1 Easy check-in and out. Easy condo access with door code.2 Very convenient to the beach. We didn't need to worry about bringing everything down for the entire day because it was easy & quick to get back and forth from the beach when we needed things.3 Spacious living area. The common area was very spacious for our family of 4 when relaxing at night. Each room has a TV which was very helpful.4 Well appointed kitchen. We cooked a few times and had everything we needed to make it work.5 Gorgeous view. The view from the large balcony was amazing. Whole the building is tucked back, but you have a straight on view of the Gulf.6 Great location. The property was centrally located to everything we needed. You can walk right across the street to an arcade and adventure island.Cons:1 The trash bags provided were paper thin and tore easily & there was also only 2 provided. Better to buy or bring your own.2 Kitchen while well appointed, but did not have storage containers, bag, aluminum foil anything of the sort. Also need to bring your own.3 No beach towels. While this was stated, a bit annoying to have to bring your own from home.4 Tile floor was dirty. While wiping up spills, we noticed the tile floor was dirty, like it hadn't been mopped prior to our arrival. Otherwise the condo was clean.

Condo was very clean and conveniently located with a great view. Would stay there again.

It was overall a nice place. Master bedroom AC not as cool as we’d like and bathrooms small for large group but it was nice and manageable.

Our property was very clean and well taken care of. The property manager let our baby gear rental person set up before we arrived which was a huge help! The unit was very obviously ready well before 4 pm check in and this was my first experience with a beach rental where they wouldn’t allow early check in. The unit was generous with linens, dish soap and hand soap, but did not offer any dish/laundry pods despite having a labeled spot for them. Our only issue was that the trashcan provided did not have a lid. This was especially irritating with a toddler. We had to take the trash out once half full and of course had to supply our own trash bags (the unit provided two but of poor quality). At times the dumpster was inconvenient to get to because the elevator by our unit was frequently requiring servicing.

Our BFF weekend didn’t disappoint. The condo unit was great. Clean, amenities were great & the added touches of body lotion, shampoo & stuff were a pleasant surprise in the cute labeled bottles. We will be back & hopefully this unit will be available.

The condo was wonderful! Easy access to the beach. The pool was so nice! The rooms and beds were great. The condo itself, was easy to get in and out of- parking, elevator. The view was stunning! We will be back.
