Everything was wonderful! Very clean and well stocked! Loved the deck and sunsets were amazing!

The host did a good job communicating with us.The common areas seemed a little dated. The condo was nice with easy access to the beach but again a little dated.

Great place to visit, condo had everything we needed. Felt homey and comfortable. Large kitchen and well stocked.

Wonderful condo, clean had everything we needed. Loved having the beach chairs and beach towel's.

Everything was fine just needed screen in patio and washer and dryer.

Loved this location and the condo had everything we needed! Beach umbrella was broken & DVD player did not work for the kids which was a bummer, but we had a great time and really enjoyed the views! Would definitely stay again!!!

We had a very nice stay in this condo with our daughter & grandson. It's nicely decorated, quiet, and the beds are comfortable. It was well stocked for the most part. The K cup coffee maker was missing and since I brought coffee pods, I contacted the owner who arranged for another to be delivered within hours. Awesome response! We ran out of paper towels & trash bags 2 days before the end of our stay. We didn't feel it was worth bothering the owner again, so picked some up at the 7-11 across the street (very convenient.) There is a closet with various recreational & beach equipment, and the complex also provides pool & beach toys. The complex itself is well cared for and is directly on a nice stretch of beach. I took away a star for cleanliness because the windows and blinds in the master bedroom were dirty. It seems the housekeeper simply forgot as the rest of the condo was quite clean. Also, for the security of the residents, keypads are used everywhere, so we had to track 3 different codes for our stay, which was a bit of a hassle.

This was our fourth straight year at this condo - that should tell you all you need to know about the location, amenities, cleanliness, and the host.

An amazing location. The condo needs to be updated. The furniture was old and I could not use any of the drawers or dressers in the second bedroom. They smelled horrible and musty. They need to be replaced. We had to replace the air-conditioning filter, ourselves. It was very dirty and I don’t know how long it had not been changed. I appreciated the icemaker and the location of the condo. It was very convenient.Our overall stay was very good and the owner kept in touch with us. Just a little disappointed on the interior of the condo. It needs a little facelift.

Fantastic property! This condo is big with lots of room, plenty of seating in the LR, amazing view from the deck - including the sunset! As the listing says, it is literally steps to the beach. It’s an easy walk to John’s Pass and in a great and quiet area! We felt very safe walking around day and night (girls only trip). All pictures were taken from the deck or from the beach directly in front of the property. We had a great time and can’t wait to go again!

A lot of thought has gone into creating a real home from home environment here. Having everything you could possibly need for a relaxing vacation. We loved our comfortable main bedroom & time spent on the balcony enjoying the excellent sea views. Thank you

Great vacation

Everything about our stay was amazing from check in to check out we had no concerns.

Third year in a row. The perfect size and location.

This was our second time staying at the Sea Breeze. Our host is very accommodating and communicative. We love staying here.

This was an amazing trip. Family had a great time and the property was perfect.

First, the location is excellent! Just a few steps and you’re on the beach and can easily enjoy the gulf from the balcony as well. This is a must for our beach vacations! We also loved that it was on the first floor so we didn’t have to wait on the elevator all the time. The condo was the perfect find for our young family. Because it was stocked with beach chairs, beach toys, and boogie boards - our kids had a blast (and we didn’t have to haul our own stuff down). The owner was very responsive when we initially had trouble with the code lock. John’s Pass was too far of a walk with the ages of our kids but plenty of parking when we drove down. We loved it so much, we talked about planning our next beach vacation around the availability of this rental!

We've stayed at Ryan's place 3 times now and it's always clean, comfortable and a great stay. Ryan is a great host that is always in communication before, during and after our stay. The house has plenty of extras and is always clean when we arrive. The beds are comfortable and there is plenty of hot water. We love staying here and look forward to coming back yearly for our annual family vacation. I highly recommend this place for beautiful beach/sunset views and easy check-in/check-out.

The only thing good about this property is location, excellent beach, warm water and close to John Pass with tons of activities to do. Other than that, not much to talk about. Our check in was bad. We arrived late at 1.30 am. Although I'd emailed the host a couple of days prior the concern about it, he assured me that I'll get the code to get into the building without any problem. Well, the code to the condo was not activated for some reason. Despite me calling the host several times for help without any answer, we were stuck at the door until 2.30 in the morning. We were about to leave to find the hotel but gave it one last try when the door opened. He activated it remotely for us. The bedding and bathroom stuff are very old and need replacements. And the worst part of the condo was the cockroaches infestation. It needs spray or fumigation badly. They were everywhere, when you opened the kitchen cupboards. We have to sanitize our luggage for days for fear of bringing the problem home with us. I love the location and the beach but would not stay there again in the future.
