The kitchen was well stocked, we made several larger family meals, and had all the utensils we needed. The beds were comfortable, very clean and all the rooms.

We enjoyed our stay very much! Great location and the place was very clean. The pool and hot tub made our stay worthwhile. The beachfront view was spectacular. We will definitely visit again.

This was our 2nd stay at El Constante and much better than the first in terms of cleanliness. 1st time was during COVID, though. Only a few suggestions: 1. there were no floor mats by doors to wipe feet on. 2. Need a secure portal to send identifying documents to - email or text is not secure. Overall loved the getaway. Stairs were a bit much for elderly mother, but knew that may be going in to the visit.

Beautiful 2 level condo, only thing I would note is that the beds are not comfortable, on the firm side, no support.

Upstairs bedroom with twin beds was not usable as the beds make so much noise. The box springs are the problem. This unit should not be rented until they are replaced! Also, the water pressure in both upstairs sinks was very low.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit had the worse beds we have ever incountered. I checked the mattress tag, it's almost 15 year old -PAST time to replace. We tried all the beds to see if any were comfortable to no avail, all were uncomfortable and noisey. I contacted the mgt co about it twice, no help. Someone needs to do inventory in the kitchen, lacked some dinner untensil, and only had one pot holder. This unit felt like moving sale leftovers. Mgt co did bring more ice cube trays, because there was only one. This unit could really do with some updateing starting with the beds. It is a great location, the pool looked beautiful, people were pleasent. If I could have only had a good night's sleep during our stay, and not awakened at 8AM with a check out reminder.

We have stayed on the property at different units for multiple years and luckily never had any issues. We know about AC rules set place upon arrival and departure so you don't freeze the ac. We patiently waited all day for some cool relief and no dice. My poor little kids were literally in bed dripping in sweat with box fans pointed at them and had cold water bottles around them to try to stay cool. They did get an AC tech out about 12:30pm, and after hours staff was very thorough, so we appreciated that. The tech did find a loose wire in the unit, so I'm happy they didn't have to bring in portable ACs as we couldn't take the heat any longer. Good thing we had the fridge stocked with drinks and popsicles. The condo doesn't have any black out curtains so it was scorching inside even though we had them closed all day. I just wish that staff would have tried to offer some kind of compensation for going a full day without cold air,but nothing. The unit was very nice, well stocked kitchen with dishes and toaster, very clean. All beds extremely thin and super firm in our opinions, after a long day on the beach when you're tired you will sleep on anything, but we all said they could use an upgrade. Recliner downstairs needs repair and could be a hazard for children or elderly. The view of the beach is beautiful, the kids enjoyed the pool view. Stay was decent except the 1st day, would recommend to others still because sometimes things break or need repair. The good thing is when we let them know, they were fairly quick about it,especially after hours.

The location was perfect for our get together on the beach.The condo was clean, well stocked and very comfortable. The only thing I can say that needs improvement is the pull out couch bed in the living room needs a mattress topper to make it more comfortable. Overall, our stay was great!

We loved the balconies (two overlook the beach, one overlooks the pool!); they were great for watching the sunrise with your coffee! The overall location of this condo is PERFECT! There are steps involved (a disclaimer: both to get to the condo & within the condo); The kitchen & living area is one level; The bedrooms are upstairs/another level. You are super close to the pool; and beach access is so easy! A couple steps away literally. We would definitely stay here again; loved our time at El Constante!!!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 1st time staying at El Constante and we were extremely disappointed in the maintenance and upkeep of unit 203. When we 1st walked in it smelled like mildew, the previous repairs performed on this unit were unsatisfactory (mid-matched paint, obvious patches on interior doors, sheetrock joint compound on the bathroom door, no water pressure flowing from the bathroom sink). I could live with all of that but the beds and furniture in this unit were worse than any I have encountered at any condo that I have ever stayed in in my 40 plus years of visiting the coast at other condo complexes. The beds were so bad (like cardboard over springs) that we couldn’t sleep at all. We had a kingsize headboard mismatched with a full bet. We felt like the entire place was furnished from a garage sale. It was apparent that the owners of this unit don’t care about their guest experience. We will not be returning to this complex again.

Greatest beach location. All aspects good except beds uncomfortable.
